It went very well. They are great and I have actually recommended them to several friends.

They did not clean very well at all. I asked them to make sure to clean the baseboards in the bathroom, and they were still dusty when they left. They were very fast, but not very thorough. I asked them to set up biweekly cleaning, but they never called back to schedule another appointment. I wouldn't have used them again but was surprised I never heard from them again.

It went fantastic. Everyone was professional, got the work done. The before and after of my stove was amazing. I never thought I'd get that burned on gunk on the stove grates off, but they were able to do it. Fantastic. And my four-year old was especially chatty that morning and he followed one of the ladies around and chatted her ear off, and she was so pleasant and engaging with him. Even as I tried to get to him leave her alone so she wouldn't be bothered, she seemed to really enjoy him. I was very happy with everything they did. I was so impressed with the job done that I actually now plan to have them come in a couple times a year to give my house a good cleaning.

I wouldn't recommend them, and I wouldn't use them again. The pricing was great, but the work wasn't what I expected. I didn't get what I paid for. They were professional, but they just didn't do much.

I was very pleased. Three ladies came in and they did a great job. I trusted the owner enough that I left the house available for them to clean. When I came home, they did everything that I would ordinarily do--cleaning my house from top to bottom. The owner called me on my cell phone after their four-hour service was done and she asked me if I would want another hour for them to clean the basement. I didn't mind paying for another hour ($30) just to walk in and not have to do any five-hour housecleaning. The owner called me beforehand to inform me that three ladies were coming instead of two. She did a really good job with communicating so that I knew what to expect. They not only met my expectations but exceeded it. I appreciated their thoroughness and professionalism. I've never had somebody clean my house before and I'm calling them in the next three weeks for another housecleaning service.

She said they were very efficient and cleaned as she would. She is very fussy.

Service was excellent and timely. Pat called to let us know they were not quite finished so they stayed late on a Friday to finish the work! Minimal charge to complete the work required since we have a large home. Would use this service again.

They arrived on time-in fact a bit early - and got right to work. There was no malingering. They brought all the supplies they needed and my house smells clean. Both young ladies were polite and I would highly recommend them

They did an excellent job. Happy with the results. Only comment would be to be more attentive with returning things to the position they were in after cleaning.

The service was completed with very satisfactory results. They were detailed and thorough paying close attention to the areas that were important to me.

This was a gift for my sister.... she was very pleased with the cleaning done just before Thanksgiving and it was a wonderful surprise to have this help in preparing to host our family dinner.

Everything turned out very good. Scheduling was fine and they were on time for the appointment.The man spent his entire time working. He was thorough and very efficient. They did a really nice job and it was a good result.

They were on time to the minute! They sent out two individuals for a total of 3 ½ hours. I had them stay and they gave me a really good rate on the additional time. I was very pleased. They did such a great job! They were very meticulous. I hired them to come back for regular services. They will be coming out every month.

Great job cleaning, very thorough and deep, didn't just surface clean like some. Only problem was miscommunication about scheduling, but that could have been my fault as easily as theirs.

Have now hired them full time.

The service turned out very well. They did a great job. Three people came, one woman was definitely in charged. One woman was English speaking and the other two were not so much. Four hours of cleaning was divided among the three. There was one woman that was kind of slow, she worked continually but she wasn't real quick.

I actually cried when I returned home.

It was wonderful! I cannot say enough good things about this experience and these ladies! Pat introduced each lady as she came in to clean (there were a total of 4). They were all very polite, friendly, yet professional. They used my choice of products when I specified without any problem. They couldn't have done a better job! I am very pleased and will definitely use them again.

I ordered the cleaning service for a home that was in-between tenants. I had 3 weeks before I needed it done, so I paid the $75. When they responded they said they were booked until next year, but that they don't do clean up for move outs or move ins for some reason and they said I should have read the fine print. I said why would anyone think that would be excluded from a cleaning? It still doesn't make sense and it wouldn't have worked since they were booked anyway. Who schedules cleaning for 60 days away?
