Description of Work: They tinted 5 windows on my brand new hybrid automobile. I told them I needed to drop off the car at 8:30am so I could be at work by 9am and they were ready for me. They told me it would take about 3 hours to do the job so I gave them my number to call when it was ready but by 2pm they had not called. I had to call them to check if it was ready and sure enough it had been ready. I picked up the car by 4:30 and Craig explained briefly what to expect while the window tint cured. Basically he told me to avoid rolling down the windows for 3-4 days. So I got in the car and drove away and immediately noticed that every warning light and sensor were illuminated and blinking. I returned to ask what they had done to set off all the sensors and he explained how they connect a battery charger to my car to keep the vehicle in accessory mode while they work on it. He didn't have any logical explanation as to why this would happen but advised me to go to Advance Auto and have them check out the vehicle with a code reader. He didn't offer to reimburse me for any expenses. I drove away and luckily all the sensors and warning lights had reset/turned off. Later that evening I did receive a call from the business owner who expressed his concern and apologized for any inconvenience. To me that shows his level of customer appreciation and was overall satisfied with their service.

+ 1 moreThe two men were courtesy and mindful of working in the livingroom. Careful taking down the blinds and putting them back. Did a neat and clean job during the hour and a half that it took them to do the job. They did everything the way the saleman told us it would be done. We would hire them again and refer them to others.

+ -1 moreWe've used them several times. We've never had a problem. They are very responsive and easy to work with. The cost is reasonable and they provide lots of options. We will continue to use them on every car we buy.
Description of Work: They installed a film to darken the windows on our car. We had it installed on everything except the windshield.

+ -1 moreThey were excellent. They did everything as agreed. They cleaned up after themselves. They had their own scaffolding. They were recommended by a friend. They were professional. They were very good. They did a fantastic job.
Description of Work: They cleaned and tinted the windows in my living room, and dining room. Some of the windows were 20 feet tall.

+ -1 moreThe prices here are very reasonable. They came to the home and covered and moved all of my furniture to protect it from the liquid spray. They brought in a ladder to work on my taller windows. They put shoe covers on so they would not ruin my carpet. They are family owned, so the owner and his son came out to do the work for me. They have been in business for a long time and I would highly recommend them. I was very impressed with Dave Bibler and his staff.
