Steve was extremely helpful and professional. He went out of his way to find higher quality parts than what came with the sink, and to resolve every issue that cropped up during install, which was above and beyond because I bought all the items myself. They are expensive, but you really get what you pay for in terms of piece of mind that they will make it work if they can and they won't leave until its done.

Matt was very helpful and courteous, opened the line, advised on solutions and explained the process.

The entire experience was excellent from making the call, setting up the appointment, them calling me the day of our appointment letting me know when the guys will be at our home, the guys were very professional and educated us on the work they completed. Brian replaced my old ceiling light fixture with a new modern LED light fixture. I have to stay off ladders for health reasons so called the Service Professor who has done many HVAC, plumbing and electrical jobs for me over many years. I’ve never had one complaint. Brian was no exception. He was professional and quick and had good advice for me. The $14.99 a month I pay Service Professor for my maintenance plan is less than what many of their competitors charge which don’t include the free annual plumbing and electrical inspections.

The job took only 1 hour, less time than I expected. Brad has done HVAC work at my home in the past & has always done an outstanding job. This is the 10th home I’ve owned so I’ve seen the best and worst of HVAC service. I’ve been perfectly satisfied with my $14.99 service plan with The Service Professor. Other HVAC companies charge $20 a month and don’t offer a free annual electrical and plumbing inspection as does The Service Professor. My service plan also gives me a 10% discount on parts.

The Service Professor team is awesome! They were very prompt and had great customer service! While it was just our AC that went out, we ended up taking advantage of a their Buy and AC unit, get a furnace FREE deal as our furnace was 25+ years old. I highly recommend them!

All they seem to charge consistently higher than other contractors, the Service Professor continues to excel in customer service, responsiveness, functionality and honesty. Today, Jim came to our home after his announced time and provided us with options to care for our residence. They also have a program that provides annual inspections and priority for scheduling repairs. Living in an older home, we have found the service and their integrity in valuable. We’ve also come to love this service because of continuity of providers they’ve been able to provide. Jim has been in our home now numerous times and his updated many things in our 1940s built Cape Cod. He remains personable, efficient, and does a great job keeping us informed and cleaning up after himself. He even greets our dog with a head rub and a treat :)

Went very well. Always professional. Techs call ahead the day before and actually send a picture of them. They review the issues prior to proceeding and cover what it will cost and why. Like the thoroughness and transparency. Excellent job!

I hired Service Professor for both a small toilet repair and an HVAC install. They performed both big and small services very well, on time, and professionally. I had a few questions & requested changes on the AC system, and they responded immediately without hesitation. I have referred them many times, and my friends and family have all had similar experiences. The call ahead communication system is so nice, and the technician background is also a great touch. They offer a great service, and I will use them in the future!

The Service Professor always treats us like family. Their customer service is truly the best around. Their response time is always very quick and they are thorough in explaining what the issue is and what options there are to fix it. The service technicians take time to clean up after themselves and treat our home with respect and they are always willing to answer any questions we have about the work being done. The Service Professor does a great job and I would recommend anyone in need of HVAC, A/C, plumbing, electrical and/or duct cleaning to not hesitate to call them for help! I’ve used them to purchase and install both an A/C unit and water heater. Both experiences with TSP were without any issues. Andrew Campeau, who installed our new water heater, was friendly and knowledgeable. Great company to use and trust!

Brad did a thorough job in testing my 12-year old Lennox high-efficiency furnace. He replaced the air filter with one I had purchased from Service Professor a year ago to have on hand. He found what appeared to have been a water leak based on the rest on panel beneath the heat exchanger. He suggested and I call them a week after the furnace has been on and check for a leak. He also found the induction motor to be running hot, bearings probably worn. I told him I would have them order a new motor to have him install when he turns in a few weeks. No cost today because I have a service plan with the Service Professor at $14.99 which is a bargain compared to others which charge $20 a month and do not include the free annual electrical and plumbing inspection which is part of my plan.

I had an inspection scheduled for later this month but realized a toilet was running constantly. Service Professor was very accommodating about getting a service technician over several weeks early and the repairs were done the same day. Andrew was very professional and a pleasure to work with too!

Found a part to replace, gave good information, and options

It went great, they found the issues and then the options from there. I have hired them for a few other jobs. They have been completely great, only done side is on some jobs they were higher priced compared to others.

The plumber was prompt and efficient.

It was a very professional job and the technician installed the fans very quickly (about 3.5 hours). Price came out way too high (over $300 per hour) but I called the service manager and he refunded much of my bill to account for the large quantity of fans to be installed so it came down to a reasonable rate per fan. The only real annoyance (once the final bill was resolved) is that they charge a fee just to provide an estimate which is not credited toward any work they may do if you go with them.

Service Professor was very professional from start to finish. Had some water back up into our basement and they were able to come out the same day to do a drain cleaning of all the roots that had built up. Very reasonable cost. Then, we got on to the bigger problem of repairing the clay pipe that would continually have root issues. Their recommendation was to use a sleeve lining from the house out to the street. While a good option, other companies thought a pipe burst would be fine and was about 30% cheaper. But I liked Service Professor's professional interaction more. So, I discussed the pipe burst option with both the plumbing manager (Paul) and president (Brad). They expressed their concerns that there was still a potential for root issues out by the street to creep in, but did quote the option (very reasonable) and left the decision to us. We went with the pipe burst and the guys performed very well the day of the job. Very punctual, hard working, explained the process to me, let me take photos and put in a good 11 hours to make sure it got done that day. Had a 3" rainfall event come in shortly thereafter and no issues - so I was quite pleased. Thank you!

Great, electrician showed up promptly and did a great job.

they did not explain/inform about diagnostic charges upfront past service details were asked by me but I never heard from them until the day of the service

Good they showed up even though we lost power, brought a generater and completed the install

I requested a quote and was informed that I would need to pay $159 just to have a plumber take a look. To be fair, their normal fee is $59--the extra $100 is for weekend dispatch. This was a dispatch fee and did not include parts and labor. No quote would be provided unless I paid to have someone come take a look. Given that I would be giving away $159 if their prices were unreasonable or even similar to other plumbers willing to give a free quote, I decided to go with someone with excellent reviews who was willing to offer a quote without the unreasonable fee.
