Words cannot express how impressed and grateful I am to Service Professor. I noticed some issues with our AC unit and called them to check it out. It was during some of the hottest days of summer and I explained I had three small children at home and we were looking for some help, quick. They showed complete care and compassion, worked to get Jonathon out the same day, and started to figure out what was wrong with out system. It turned out the issue was much more severe than we expected, but Jonathan took his time to walk through our options and offered his advice. We were treated like family. They even worked around our schedule of having trips to get the job done as soon as possible. Now, we have our AC again and I have a trusted company I will turn to for any of my needs. I cannot thank them enough nor can I recommend them enough.

The project went well. Very attentive to my home and me. The furnace was in a tight crawlspace, and they still were able to complete the job. Would highly recommend.

I scheduled two appointments a week and a half ago. I tried to schedule both of them in the morning they wanted them scheduled at two different times now the second one's not showing up after being here all day. if you're time is important try to find a company that does show up. sorry they are nice people but show up

He did drain the tank, but kept insisting on receiving payment while hose was still connected to water tank & still draining. When finished, he said thermal coupler on water heater needed replacement for $270.is reason he couldn't get gas burner to restart. A REAL SHAM COMPANY. Called Plumber at cost of $170 and Service Pro tech had disconnected wire so it wouldn;t ignight I told Serv Pro owner I wanted the plumber bill reimbursed but did refuse. A REAL SCAM SERVICE PROFESSOR- Never let them in the house. He constantly was badgering us to INSPECT other plumbing connections upstairs & I told him he wasn't going anywhere except here in the basement water heater. God knows what he would have misconnected upstairs. Worst Service People to have anywhere near your home or appliances. COMPLETE SCAM ARTISTS> Angie should DROP them from your listings NOW!@!!

swiftly and very professionally...have rarely had a service person so polite and knowledgeable. It is difficult to find a respectful and nice person for seniors needing help.

quick diagnosis, and simple solution. extremely over-priced work was quoted. $400-$800 to simply replace bathroom faucet! I opted to decline the work after paying for the $59 service call. I could easily pay $30 for a new faucet, and install it myself!

I'd already been consulting with Service Professor about a complete HVAC system replacement when my old furnace failed and needed to be replaced. Service Professor helped me come up with a solution to replace my old furnace now and a plan for the rest of the system in bgg the spring. The new furnace is great and I'm learning the operation of the new thermostat. My house is warm and safe again for the winter. Can't wait until I get have them back out for the rest of the new system.

Jim is absolutely awesome !!! He goes above and beyond to help get what’s in your mind, done in person. He’s got great ideas, helped my now awesome bathroom cone to life. He will always be our Plummer !!!! Thank you Jim !!!!😀

Great, only took about 2 1/2 hours an that was with him going back out to get parts, was happy with the work.

Let the buyer beware. Get comparative quotes from others before having work done. I was charged $1049 for work that should have cost $350-400 per other plumbers quotes, later on. The work took 2hrs and I had already cut the access hole in the drywall. No cover up panel was included to cover the hole in the drywall. Work was done during normal business hours, and it was not requested as emergency service.

I ended up getting my whole house redone with new PEX piping. It was a lot more than originally planed but it was much needed as the original piping was the old galvanized pipe. In the end i'm very glad I had the work done as now the water pressure is higher and the water is cleaner.

Corey was very knowledgeable and professional. He made the job look easy because of that knowledge and experience.

This company was great. They came to my needs immediately. They did everything to make sure I had heat and I could afford there service. Working with this company was the best experience. They were very professional...helpful...and very friendly. They cleaned up very nicely and did the job in a very timely manner. I would definitely hire them for my needs again 💯%

It was an estimate and it was reasonably priced and the courtesy and professionalism is outstanding would recommend their services to anyone. they had done my sewer line previous and again was extremely professional and courteous.

Josh at Service Professor was great. This is the second time he has serviced our house for electrical work. He showed up on time, explained everything, and took his time to review everything and make sure everything we needed was addressed. Highly recommend Service Professor and Josh.

Within 15 minutes of clicking the Angie List submit button, I was contacted by a dispatch person at Service Professor. Appt was setup for the next business day. Received text message and e-mail confirmation along with picture of tech 30 minutes before he arrived. Adam was on time and very courteous / professional. He explained everything in “simple” terms and provided an electronic estimate. Work was completed in a timely manner and I believe the issue was resolved. I am very satisfied with the service I received and would definitely recommend Service Professor to my friends and family. I will be a returning customer. My faith in customer service has been restored!

It went very well. We determined the age of the water heater and Jim gave me the options I had available. Even though, I did not go for any of them at this time, at least it gave a very good idea what I would have to do in the near future, given the age of the appliance. Service from the company and from Dan was excellent. Service over the phone was outstanding. And so was the job that was done today. Dan itemized each of the requests individually and as a whole. We talked about what needed to be done and what he recommended. He checked in with me several times during the afternoon. Dan was self sufficient and didn’t need to borrow anything to get the work done. No excuses. Just results. Prompt and efficient. Great job. Thank you.

I love Service Professor!! They always send a photo of the person who will be arriving. I have found all 3 people to be respectful, knowledgeable, eager to share their findings, and our furnace guy, Brian, was funny too. I will continue to use them.

Steve was extremely helpful and professional. He went out of his way to find higher quality parts than what came with the sink, and to resolve every issue that cropped up during install, which was above and beyond because I bought all the items myself. They are expensive, but you really get what you pay for in terms of piece of mind that they will make it work if they can and they won't leave until its done.
