Description of Work: We had 3 different visits in December: |Electrical inspection and replaced 2 switches and an outlet plugin |Plumbing inspection and fixed one toilet, fixed bath sink facet and replaced kitchen facet |Furnace inspection, tuneup and cleaning and cleaned out the humidifier filter.

Description of Work: Drained my water heater and told me about products they sell as well as paid monthly inspection programs. It might be time for me to get a new water heater according to Jason. I will search around for price matching. Overall, I believe that Jason did well. The project was not too laborous ~ but he was very knowledgeable and I learned some new things. Thank you!

Description of Work: The did alot of electrical work. They did a very good job and were so very, very nice. However, they seemed to be a little pricey but it was worth it. It would have been nice if they would have offered a senior discount as this was an 86 old woman who is on a fixed income needing this service done. All in all they were a good company that did a good job.

Description of Work: Paul from the service professor drained our hot water heater, fixed a leaky shower head and plugged drain, replaced our kitchen sink, faucet and garbage diposal. Everything was finished in a timely manner and he did an excellent job. We will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: He flushed the water heater, which was fine; but then he proceeded to tell me that I need all kinds of expensive work done, which I know I don't need. He also stuck his sticker all over my basement on work that was done by other people to make it look like The Service Professor had done work they didn't do. I didn't like that.
