Description of Work: I purchased the plumbing service offer in order to have a washer replaced in a bathroom faucet. the service man looked in the bathroom for a second and spent the rest of the time with me attempting to sell me new faucets..the cheapest of which was $300. Seriously? They would not just replace a washer, but rather saw me as nothing more than a sales opportunity. Awful experience.

Description of Work: They always try to upsell. In some cases this is appropriate, up it never is in EVERY case. The last time they were out to repair my furnace, they quoted a large price. I decided to get a second opinion and discovered that Service Professor's diagnosis was wrong and the appropriate solution was MUCH cheaper. Had they made the suggested repair, they would have also had to return at my expense to make the inexpensive but correct solution the second guy did. I am sure they are correct in many cases, but in this case they were not.

Description of Work: They inspected the electrical system. They made suggestions for changes to meet code - not sure they had the right code for this area or if required on new or existing homes. Prices were pretty high considering the actual cost of the parts and the fact they were already here. Didn't proceed with further work as the price seemed high. Thus, not really sure if I'd use in the future.
