Jonathan did me real solids today. Despite the fact that they were here to clean up bascially messes left by the installers on my HVAC on both AC and furnace, he AGAN went ABOVE and BEYOND when he noticed I was doing my own plumbing project. We had hot water seeping out with our water main shut off on a fixture exchange, and he pointed out we can drain the hot water heater partially to stop this. The last plumber didn't eve care to share this, or even do it. I will not go ANY OTHER PLACE than Service Professor for my plumbing, HVAC and electrical needs. PERIOD. No one else compares!

Overall the work went very well with good communication and clear expectations from the quoting process to the installation. Everyone was professional and it was clear they cared about their job. The electrical work done was very good and even the building inspector commented on how well it was done. (Note: The inspector took particular notice because this was the first time Service Professor had done work in our area.) The only complaint I have is that one of my floor joists had to be cut to add conduit to the outside which I did not notice this until later. Instead of making a hole right sized for the conduit, a large upside down u-shaped cut was made taking out ~80% of the load bearing joist. I am a bit concerned about the structural integrity of that joist now and will reinforce it. Otherwise, the work done was truly great.

Fast response to first call, communication provided for upcoming appointment, Technician was very polite and clear in communicating problem, time and cost to fix.

Tim from Service Professor was extremely competent, friendly, patient, and professional. He and his crew completed their work in good time and with high quality. The pricing was up-front, clear, and fair.

Excellent snake it twice and come unclogged

Showed up a little early and did a superlative job. Not only cleared the clog but also cleaned out the dump tank and performed a full system check on the furnace

They gave us a fair price with lots of options. They took the time to figure out everything we needed and added some features we had not considered.

Tom was able to find the leak in seconds and show me where it was. He knew right away the emergency stop under the sink needed replacement and got right to it. I had him replace both stops since he showed me the other one looked leaky too. This is the third time I’ve had Service Professor out to fix the leak under my kitchen sink this year (technically fourth if you count the time someone came out and couldn’t find anything).

Furnace works well now. Thank You to all that help get this fixed. The furnace was put in by a company that went out of business 8 years ago. We had a warranty & asked Service Professor for help.

Not good. First they cancelled my appointment that I had for 2 weeks. Than called back and kept the appointment. Their service tech tried to sell me their mainenace plan, a faucet and garbage disposal when I already bought mine from Lowe’s. Their price quoted was twice as much as a certified plumber from another company that I ended up hiring.

Needed Up-dating !all went absolutely awesome! Very impressed with this company! Polite, punctual and they do what needs done! Vey professional as well! Would recommend!

Andrew was on time and with my help was finally able to pinpoint the leak. Turns out it was dishwasher line this time. I wish he hadn’t drained some water into the basement, but I understand these things happen. After he had to run to get the part, he installed the new valve and didn’t even have to take apart my cabinets. $500 and almost 3 hours later let’s hope that’s the end of that annoying leak. Andrew was great. He explained all the prices up front and was very knowledgeable.

Tony was great! He explained all of our options to upgrade the electrical system in our home. Pricing was clear and fair. We will be calling service professor to continue our electoral system upgrade.

Well they called us the day of the appointment and they were on time. He shared what he found and what it would take to fix it. I'd use them in the future.

Service was excellent. Tim was very professional but cost seemed very high to me. Since I was having problems finding someone to come to my home for repair I felt I didn’t have the option of seeking another estimate. I am a senior citizen and I felt like I was taken advantage of.

Very difficult process for the guys who came out. However, they worked extremely hard and persevered through the challenges for us and we could not be happier with the result. Would 100% hire again.

Excellent explained everything in detail and made other suggestions and was not pushy with other suggestions made.

I wasn't home. My wife gave the ok. Charged $328. Called a local plumber who quoted me a hundred less. Mgr gave me song and dance about them only charging 10% over there overhead.

It went fantastic! The man was very kind and polite! 10/10 would recommend!

Work was good. Price was outrageous. Should have went with a different plumber who could have done the job at far less cost. Service person tried to up sell projects around home for additional thousands. Just wanted the immediate job done, not additional sales pitch. Really regret having any contact with these people. Got tired of getting spam emails afterwards and finally told them to F off. Got a harassing phone call in response. Don't use these guys. You'll regret the bill and the treatment months afterwards. Way too much money and hassle for a simple pipe replace and sweat soldering.

Good service. Disappointed in quality of hardware. I thought the chrome would be thicker. Very thin so I worry about chrome bending and breaking.
