Service Pro Painting and Improvements

There was some miscommunication with Dan. Despite the difficulties, he made an effort to resolve the matter to my satisfaction.

Dan's crew did an excellent job for us. They cleaned up after their work, and protected areas where they were working. They were very responsive to any concerns we had.

Great job. Took advantage of their 2 painters for 8 hours $399 deal. The guys were right on time and did a very good job. No runs or drips and they applied 2 coats of paint. There was 5 windows and 2 doors to work around and no paint on the stained trim.

Dan was on time and very professional. His quote was fairly priced. He put us on the schedule for 2 weeks after our 1st meeting and kept that date. His crew was on time and did a great job. He only charged me what he quoted (no hidden costs). I would highly recommend him to anyone else.

It went well with the exception of a little miscommunication among the painters. The owner was quick to respond to any issues we had. The painting was done in late fall. Some of the prep work was not done properly and paint started to peel. The owner fixed that himself. Currently there is some peeling however workmanship is guaranteed for two years so hopefully everything will be rectified in the spring. I would definitely recommend this company. I just think at the time they were possibly a little overbooked.

We had ServicePro paint out entire house, inside and out. We began with our main level interior and were so impressed with the quality and PRICE that we hired them for our exterior 6 months later and interior lower level just a few months ago. They have been phenomenal every time. In addition to painting our lower level a few months ago, they did some carpentry work as well. They built a new staircase, custom corner bench, framed some windows, and a dutch door. Everything turned out exactly as I envisioned and better! I paid for two men for one full day and confirmed that the day before. I got one guy and a second one for a few hours. The main one did come back the next morning but not when he said he would be there (and I got up early to make it happen). Touch ups were not done although what was done was done well and the main guy was very friendly. They did give me a slight discount for the issues but I was still disappointed with the overall transaction.

Workers showed up on time ,well dressed, and really paid attention to detail..they where in and out and no issue's... Would recomendthem to everyone.

Little to no communication from Dan and his employees through out the whole process. From a broken window never fixed correctly and painting that was poorly executed or never even finished. I communicated with them the discrepancies they had and they lied about planning to come and fix these issues.

I made a Big Deal purchase with them. I was not pleased with them at all. I just had new granite countertops put on in my kitchen and the fellow just put his paint container down on the countertop with nothing under it. They used the paint pan that was split and left a big paint spot on my carpet. I guess the price was okay, but I've been going around. We had the carpets cleaned after that and there was a lot of paint spots on the carpet, a lot of paint spots on the woodwork. I was not happy with them. They said they would do it in a couple of days and it took them a day longer than they said it would. The guy that was supposed to be in charge, he was good. I went in my bedroom and on my Bare bedroom furniture, he set the paint pan down on there as well with nothing under it. There was that one guy in particular. Even after I put a piece of newspaper under it, he moved the newspaper out of the way, like he didn't care if he got paint under it or not. I said, "Hey, these are new countertops. I'd appreciate if you'd put something under your paint can there" and he just looked at me. He didn't say anything. They were supposed to fix a crack in our ceiling but the crack is back. We're not happy with them at all. We definitely would not recommend them. After they finished the job, they never came back. The owner came back to get his money. Other than that, nobody has come back. They could have at least covered stuff better. We had to pay $1000 more.

We are extremely happy with the results. The crew was very professional and respectful of our property and possessions. They worked with our schedule. Everything was prepped thoroughly. Ken even showed us how he took down the curtain rods and how to put them back up. There was one bathroom that was wallpapered that took a lot of time and care. The paint in there looks smooth and seamless. All the guys were great. Ken was fantastic. Owner Dan was very easy to work with and very fair. Would definitely hire again.

The guys did a great job painting. The weather wasn't very good when they finally got here - quite chilly really - but they roughed it out and got it finished because it was going to rain the next three days. Communication left a lot to be desired. Thought my house would be done by mid-September, but wasn't even started til end of October.

They did an excellent job overall. We were very happy with the entire job and would recommend to anyone.

They were okay. I'm a very good painter myself, it's just I did not want to be hanging up an extension wire over a stairway and their services were fine. They were slow. They were fine, they just worked very slowly. I don't know if that was because it was for eight hours painting as opposed to extra amount of dollars for a job to be done. I just know that when I had painters in the past, when I lived in Illinois, I had painters in the past and they worked much, much quicker. They didn't make a mess, everything was cleaned up. It's just I thought they were going to get a lot further in eight hours than they did. I think I gave them another $75 to come back and finish up somethings that they didn't finish up when they were here. It was one guy time so it was fine because that's what the deal was for. The work they did was fine.

Excellent. Dan put his best team on the job to ensure the highest quality results. We are very picky and had roughly 1000sq. ft of new space painted and they did an excellent job. Any areas that had need for touch up were done with zero complaints. He even had his team come back and paint molding that was installed after our flooring was put in - I think that was done on his own and was definitely over and above service in my book

Eli arrived promptly at the arranged time. He was personable and professional and did a great job with the work I wanted done. I was impressed by Service Pro's communication during the process of setting up a date and time for the work and even more impressed with the job they did. I would definitely recommend them and I would use them again.

Per my request, I asked that he paint as much as he could get done, of a very large studio area; both ceiling and walls, within the 8 hours I contracted him for. He did great! He painted the very high and oddly-shaped cathedral ceiling entirely with 2 coats, and was able to get one coat down on all my walls and long hallway walls. He did a fabulous job and was very professional!

Dan and the painters were fantastic. I had purchased the deal on Angies List for $150.00 for 400 sq ft of indoor painting. I have a large living room with high ceilings. The room was painted a dark plum and gray. I needed the plum walls painted a lighter shade of gray than the gray walls. I had assumed I would need to pay more since there seemed to be more than 400 sq ft to be painted. I was wrong. Dan came and looked at the job and said they would be able to get it done with 2 gallons of paint. I didn't believe him, until I came home from work that night and the job was done and looked great. They did a great job covering the plum and cleaned everything up. I couldn't have higher praise. Thank you very much...

They were fabulous! We had them paint one wall in my daughters room and the entire in law area. It was a rather large area so it took a while but once it was done it looked wonderful. They had to paint the beam supports and hallway as well as the rooms. They were very courteous and hard working. We previously bought the paint for them to use but ended up running out. They were able to take care of that for me at a reasonable price, in fact a better price than what I originally paid!

Service Pro did a great job. No issues, very efficient, clean, and professional. Would recommend to anyone looking for a local painter with experience, hard work ethic and honest. Again, we are very happy and looking forward to our next project.

Right off the bat they were responsive and professional. Within 24-48 hours of purchasing the deal we had an appointment set up for them to come by, view the home and get started. We were on a tight timeline, which was explained to the painters as we were closing on the home, then a couple of days later we were leaving town for the weekend then then would be moving in a few days after getting back. The original plan was for them to start the day we closed on the home so it would be all set upon our return. The owner had to reschedule but still worked with us to get the job completed before we moved in. There was a bit of confusion on what was covered in the Angie's List deal we purchased but the owner worked with us to make sure we were 100% happy. We were very satisfied with the quality of work and how the owner took personal responsibility to clean a small mess that was made on the 1st day of painting. He made sure every thing was taken care of and we greatly appreciate his efforts. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. THANKS!!!
