They were very thorough and detailed. There appear to be some discrepancies between their final survey map and the prior survey for our home - so which is correct? Also, they charged more than they quoted, stating the job took more time than they expected. That is no way to do business.

Description of Work: We had a boundary survey done. Some of the markers were already present making their job a bit easier I wouls say. The only issue I had with them was they quoted me that work would be completed 7 to 10 days from date of initial phone call. 3 plus weeks later I phoned to see what the heck was going on..they came that afternoon. Very professional. Easy...I would hire again if I needed an additional survey

This is a small but complicated project involving several venders. For everything to go smoothly, each vender needs to be on the job when they say they will be.Mr Roosien was very professional and prompt. Not only did he answer all my questions, he also answered the questions I should have asked as well. I highly recommend him and his firm.

Went well; see above.
Description of Work: Surveyed lot, marked borders and place new permanent markers as needed, prepared and sent property plot. Arrived on time, courteous and timely despite heavy rain. Small error on property map; an old retaining wall marked when Roosien surveyed to lot when purchased in 2008 was removed in 2009-10, and is still on the new survey map. Will call to ask they remove it and send updated survey map. Have already used the now clearly marked borders.

Our experience with Roosien and Associates was very good. They were willing to communicate with our neighbor's surveyor who had came up with a difference in the property lines. They really went above and beyond what they needed to do.
Description of Work: I used Roosien & Associates for land surveying services. We were having a disagreement with our neighbor on where our property lines were and they put markers in the ground.
