Reames did a great job. Friendly, on-time, communicates well. They were not able to quote the project right away, but clearly communicated when they could. Called to complete work early when another job finished ahead of schedule. Arrived on-time and cleaned up to my satisfaction. Overall Project was done well. At several points, checked with myself or my wife if we were satisfied with what was being done. I was very satisfied and would use Reames again.

He did an excellent job. He cleaned everything up when he was each day. Will definitely use him in the future.

It went great, response time from quote to work being done was very quick . Job was completed on time and looked great . This was the second time I have used Reames and plan to call them for a bathroom remodel in the fall. They just completed identical work for family member which also turned out very well in May 2017.

I had him repair a ceiling with some old texture and wanted him to match it as instructed. He did good on one part (the wall part of a "tray"? ceiling, but the ceiling itself was no where close matching the rest of the ceiling. it looked bad and oviously like it had been patched. texture was not even close.

They didn't get back to me for a week. Then they made it seem like they were going to come to my home for an estimate. They never came. I called them back. They told me they were too busy and to try and call back in a week or so. Totally unprofessional.

Didn't even get started due to the lack of effort.

After an initial contact using Angie's List process, I was contacted by the vender and a convenient visit date and time was arranged. This happened with in a week of contact. The repair team looked at the damage and arranged to return within 24 hours to make the necessary repair. Nearly 40 years of experience shows in the work completed. I am completely satisfied with the quality and price. I highly recommend Reames Drywall.

Larry Reames was fantastic. Came out to quote very quickly after phone call, scheduled our repairs quickly as well. And when he was in our home he did a great job of patching three separate drywall areas of our home that had been damaged by water. I'd highly recommend Reames Drywall to anyone in the area.

Larry repaired our spots that needed repair in a fast and professional manner! The wall looks as good as new for a very reasonable price. Overall great experience!

NEVER do business with Reames Drywall and Ed VanderHoff! Yesterday when I called to get the work done that one of his workers quoted me Ed VanderHoff said he has too much work now and he has 6 guys he's running. The quote to my husband and myself was given to us on June 24 and it's now only July 16. I told Ed VanderHoff (when I could get a word in) that we have been very busy and my mother in law suffered a stroke so we didn't get back to them sooner and Ed VanderHoff said to me "too bad, my sister died too....big deal". Really, he said that to me. We are also filing a complaint with the BBB. Ed VanderHoff kept bragging to me about how he worked the business for years and that he decides what work he'll do, even after someone (Mark) came to our home and gave us a quote. I could not believe how nasty his words were to me, being a "so called" business man and I handed the phone to my husband. He treated my husband in the same way and told my husband to tell me to stop talking in the background and he didn't care that they gave us a quote, he wasn't doing the job. Ed VanderHoff's word is not to be trusted in this case we would assume? . You can't be sure if this company gives you a quote they will honor it much less honor the work they would do. They didn't with us. Everyone deserves to be treated with kindness and respect and Ed VanderHoff apparently assumes he is above that. He should not even be answering the phones, in our opinion. Mark who came out was such a nice guy. Mark and I had a great discussion of what he would do and how he would do it. At that time we were planning to go with Reames. We never expected this kind of treatment just calling back on a quote to get it scheduled. Terrible customer service and bad manners. We then went on Google and put in Reames Drywall and read some reviews and found that other customers encountered rudeness when they called this company and didn't go with them. It's especially disappointing and hurtful because as I said this was the first company I called since I became a member of Angie's list (not that Angie's list is to blame) and it was a nightmare talking with Ed VanderHoff. He seemed to me and my husband as very confused and angry, and probably shouldn't be allowed to answer the phone when talking with customers.. Since then, we have found another drywall person, not from Angie's list. He is starting work on Monday and very nice and respectful. I am glad that my husband and I have a place to voice what happened to us, so others don't have to go through it. Service was obviously not performed. We are so blessed that we DID NOT go with this company.

Bill Reames gave estimate and assessment. We went with his qoute and recommendations. Work went fairly quick and not to.messy.

We had an entire addition drywalled and some additional work in the existing house. They were prompt, polite, and did a great job. We were amazed at how quickly they did such a big job. They were very dependable and professional! Thank you so much for the great work!

These guys are a little old school but did a nice job. They forgot to call me with the estimate but eventually found it after I called. They were the cheapest.

They had great reviews and gave us the best quote. They were a great crew and fit us in during a busy stretch for them. There were a couple of times they thought they'd be out earlier than they were, but had some situations come up where they needed to tend to something that put them back an hour or so. This was not at all a big deal and didn't set us back. They accidentally textured the ceiling, but immediately owned up to it as their bad and fixed it. There are a couple of spots on the ceiling that are noticeable if you get REAL close. Ultimately, they did a great job and would use them again in a heartbeat!

They were good. They were on time and the best place that we found.

They ended up coming on a saturday, and that worked best for us. There were many surprises, so it took longer than anticipated. Overall, I'm very happy. The pattern on the ceiling blends well with the original. I'm extremely glad I chose a company with lots of experience and raving reviews considering the unexpected mess found after removing the old drywall. Came back a couple days later to sand the surrounding walls. Always taped up a plastic wall/barrier to keep dust to a minimum. Did a great job cleaning up after himself!

Met my urgent time frame. Did a great job. Ready for paint. Cleaned up adequately. Had the best price out of three quotes.

They were very professional, very fast and very clean. If I didn't see that more had been done on the walls, I wouldn't have know that they were there... very clean. they delivered exactly as promised on price, work and schedule.

It went great. They did most of the work on a Monday and then came back two days later to sand and clean-up. The ceiling looks great and the wall is much better off. They were on time, very professional, and easy to work with.

They fixed our ceiling which was damaged by rain. It was substantial damage and it now looks as good as new. We are very pleased with our service!

Larry Reames did all the work in approx. 3 days. Required 2 layers of mud, then skimmed smooth. The original drywall had been covered by a very bad quality 'stucco' look. He built a drywall box to enclose some drainpipes that were in plain sight. He redid the finish on the ceiling of our large closet. We are trying to sell the house and the basement had been a sticking point. He did a very good job and the basement now looks wonderful.

I called Reames Drywall at 7:45 A.M. and they answered and had one of their team at my home at 8:30 A.M. that same morning to bid the job. They called with a price the following morning and began the job the next morning after that. He spent about 8 hours the first day and completed the sanding and cleanup within 2 hours on the second day. I had hung the drywall myself and there were plenty of imperfections. Reames finished it so that it made me look good! The hole they repaired had a textured finish which they matched to a tee. They were very professional and laid down plastic on the floors and kept the dust to a minimum and cleaned up very well. I will definitely use them again in the future. The only reason that I rated them a "B" on price was that it seemed a bit high, but you get what you pay for and I got top quality.
