Re-Bath

The work went very smoothly. Ben was the installer and completed all the renovation. I was very pleased and satisfied with his work. He placed all the grab bars and shower parts according to my wishes. Ben could not have been more helpful. Everything was neat and clean after his work each day. He went over and above the basic requirements of the project. Ben is friendly, competent, skilled and hard working. He was always on time. I couldn’t have asked for a better completed project! Thank you Ben for your work.

Work was accomplished within the timeframe given. Installers were friendly and competent. Disposal of tub, drywall, etc. was efficient and cleanup was meticulous. Followup by salesman was great. I would highly recommend ReBath to my friends.

I would not recommend them for anybody. It was supposed to be cheaper than having my whole bathroom done. The caulking was bad. They ripped the new tub in one place and they fastened it together with caulking. When the shower is on, the main faucet pours out as much water almost as the shower itself. So, it's coming out at two places and being wasted. The caulking has just chipped and mildewed and is really bad. When I called them to come out, they blamed me. They said I wasn't turning the faucet on right. They claimed that they were not responsible for that rip that was on there. I heard the guy who was installing it go, "Whoops" I went up there and said, "What's wrong?" He says, "I ripped it." I said, "Well, I won't tell if you won't." He was a real nice guy. But, they wouldn't standby it. It's supposed to have a lifetime guarantee. The work was completed promptly. The worker worked hard. They sent one person out. He worked alone and he stuck with it and finished in one day. It was nice. I would tell a friend or a family member to stay away from them because they do not stand behind their work.

It cost way too much...I thought it was going to be a straight fee like they advertise, but it cost me much more than that because they said they had to do some extra things that they really didn't tell me about. The overall quality of the job was very poor as well...the shower fixture has never worked properly and the caulking was so bad I've had to re-caulk it myself. They responded by sending out some men to look at it and they told me it was my fault because I didn't know how to operate the faucet correctly. I would rate them a "Z" if I could for the lowest grade possible. For what I spent with them I could have gotten my whole bathroom remodeled. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Andy White, the salesman was a very nice gentleman and showed me everything. One young guy came for 2 days solid. He put a tarp down from the front door to the bathroom to protect my carpet. He tore the walls out and replace the plumbing. They even gave me 2 towels with my initials on them. The took a picture of it as well. It wasn't cheap, but I was very impressed with how professional they are.

ReBath did an excellent job. They were prompt, worked everyday in a professional manner, cleaning up as they worked. The quality of their work is exceptional and the budget/estimate was not exceeded. We would not hesitate to contract with them again.
