Quality Pool & Spa

Chad was direct and made me feel confident in my choice of pool installer. He didn't sugar coat the process and was always quick to answer my questions or get me answers if he didn't know. His team was great also. From the crew constructing the pool to the follow-up services I couldn't be happier. Thanks to them we spend more time outside, the kids friends are over at my house and we make tons of memories right at home.

My pump was leaking between the motor and the pump housing so I replaced the housing gasket thinking that was the issue. After I did that, it was still leaking. After many attempts of tightening, removing and starting over, I called Quality Pool to see if they could fix it. Jacob came out and immediately stated that my seal was leaking. I told him I replaced the seal, and that did not work. Well, it was not the house gasket, it was the shaft seal that needed to be replace. He replaced it and my leak is no longer. It is great working with someone who knows their stuff. Thanks again Quality Pool & Spa.

Thanks to Ron @ Quality Pool and Spa. I stopped by their store a few weeks back to pick up some parts for our above ground pool. During the interaction he was asking about the state of our pool. I told him we had been dealing with a stubborn mustard algae bloom. He recommended a different cleaner & process than what I had been using. He also gave me detailed instructions on what to do. It has been more than 2 weeks now and we have had crystal clear water with no sign of return. Thanks for saving our summer!

Bought a house that had a fiberglass pooled installed by Quality, had a question on the salt cell due to it throwing an error on the system, they responded immediately with a troubleshoot and what part to replace if needed. Wasn't there for the pool install but from what I can tell they do 5 star work and their customer service impressed me.

Worst service I ever received first they send me way out of my way for a part that all they had to say was they didn't have or give me the option if I wanted to drive a total of another 36 miles tha I arrive and they give me this large box to carry out myself mind you I'm 68 and things like that is difficult when I'm through with all the social media I can you will understand how upset I am

The project manager who normally handled the process was out on sick leave, so instead young workers were sent to our home to prep and paint the pool. They left cigarette butts in our yard, they applied the paint and the results were so bad that the company agreed to start again. However, most of the summer was gone! Very unprofessional company. We tried dealing with the owner, who was unresponsive and refused to acknowledged they made any errors.

They had a very nice put together quote. They have been good about keeping everything on task and keeping on all the different contractors to get them here. They have been good about communicating and letting me know what is going on, which has been nice. They are just about done so we are ready to enjoy the pool.
