The owner of this company Christopher Bouwens lied to us about having cancer and punctured his own artery to avoid the closing buying our house! He has a history of fraud! He is not to be trusted!

HORRIBLE! Initial contact was good, or so I thought. Chris (the owner) seemed nice and professional, I was wrong. It has ended up being a total nightmare. Started the mold removal job as private pay and then switched to insurance due to the damage being covered by insurance. I paid up front for the job, big mistake! Got a sob story of a job where he was out $19K because he got materials and did the job before receiving payment, that he needed payment up front. Chris took my money and never sent the insurance adjuster any of the information required after he told me more than once that it was sent. The job was started end of June and was finished end of August but took quite a few texts and emails. Tried calling but couldn't even leave a message since his voice mail is always full. Insurance adjuster is still waiting for the estimate and pictures as of Sept 29. I'm pretty sure he lost the information and doesn't want to admit it. He has completely ignored any emails and calls from the adjuster and myself. He took our money and is now saying we never paid him. As per his employees, 3 of them I've spoken with, he is the only one in his company that has access to the money and insurance estimates. Anyone thinking of using this company, please beware. I strongly discourage you from using this company. If he's doing this to us, I wonder how many others he's done this to and would hate for anyone else to go through what we're still going through.
