Description of Work: We had a large tree that cracked at the top so Procare Landscape Management took down the broken branches and trimmed the tree.

Description of Work: May 29, 2011, a vicious windstorm swept through Battle Creek. Hundreds of buildings were damaged across the city, many from fallen trees/tree limbs. (In fact as this is written, 7/6/2011, our neighborhood is still inundated with tarp-covered roofs.) The day after the storm, Doug (of PROCARE) knocked on our door. Battle Creek simply didn't have enough tree removal businesses to handle the mess. We arranged for PROCARE to do our work. (We needed several trees removed and several large, fallen branches removed--including a huge branch that had crashed through the roof/ceiling of our livingroom.) PROCARE was on-site--as promised--the next morning. Their workers were the consummate professionals, working quickly and efficiently. PROCARE was additionally impressive with the amount/ kinds of equipment it had--and used--to meet the need. It had the usual kinds of tree removal equipment--the chain saws, chipper, etc. However, when PROCARE needed to, it had incredibly tall cranes for the truly heavy lifting. Not only did PROCARE do the "business" of tree/limb removal but all of its staffers were super helpful relieving our anxieties by cheerfully answering questions and keeping us apprised of what would happen when. As our neighbors saw how quickly and efficiently PROCARE handled our tree damage, several of them engaged PROCARE to handle their tree problems. I can only speak for my wife and I: We were completely satisfied with PROCARE's efforts. We were one of (if not the first) property in our neighborhood to have its trees/limbs removed--and that by a company that operates out of Grand Rapids. Top-flight kudos to PROCARE LANDSCAPE MANAGEMENT!!! My wife and I can't say enough about our pleasure working with PROCARE!

Description of Work: On May 29th A rain and Wind strom went through Our area and took out a lot of trees and damaged many homes around our home. We had a 60 foot high beach tree come out by roots and fell into a 60 foot high soft maple next to it. The location was very tight and several tree companies refused to even bid on the job. They bid and came as they said they would and removed the trees with the highest workmanship and in a timely manor. I would reccomend them to anyone and have to my friends in the area when they were working here. They do excellent work.

Description of Work: During the recent storm that hit the Battle Creek area, Procare Tree Service was there to help us. They removed 6 huge oak trees, two were on the house and two were on out buildings and across our camping trailer. Watching them remove the trees from the structures without doing further damage was truly a work of art. THEY ARE GOOD! I was especially pleased with the way they communicated with me during the whole process. They were prompt, courteous, efficient and very professional. I highly recommend them for any job.

Description of Work: THEY MOWED AND FERTILIZED THE LAWN. THEY ALSO DID SOME SEEDING AND TRIMMED THE HEDGES.
