Excellent and professional! The whole process was easier than I thought!

For my wife and I, this was a big move. How to have everything we own packed, stored and then shipped from Michigan to Texas. I did some research, obtained a few estimates, spoke with previous customers, and settled on Premier. Joe was honest and thorough when working up a load and price estimate. And Lina, well bless Lina's heart, she was available and helpful during each phase of our move. The packers were courteous and respectful - and quick! When it was time to have our belongings shipped down (we had them in storage with Premier in MI as opposed to finding a storage facility and hiring another company to transport from their facility to our new home), all it took was a call to Lina and she set up a delivery window. The delivery was hampered by a huge storm but Lina kept in constant contact to keep us updated. Even with the storm delay, our belongings were delivered within the window. And the crew that unloaded were wonderful. They did everything from prepping the house to removing some of the waste material. Great group of guys, and if I could remember their names, I would give them a big shout out. Nothing damaged. Not one item. Nada. Hopefully we don't have to move cross country again, but if we do we will definitely use Premier.

Excellent, will hire again

The move went exceptionally well. All staff involved -- Gary (Estimator), Marissa (Move Coordinator), Bill (Van Driver), and the moving crew were professional, knowledgeable, experienced and efficient. Gary and Marissa were very helpful in answering all my questions and in ensuring that I was prepared for the move. Bill ensured that all furniture was wrapped and delivered with care, as if the belongings were his own. All items moved, including a piano, were delivered to my new location without damage and even without scratches. I would highly recommend this company to others and I would definitely use this company again myself.

Super! Arrived 5 minutes early, Went through the house, collected everything I indicated. If they found any kind of flaw, they immediately pointed it out to me and recorded it (the furniture was old!). They packed all the items needed packing - like china, glassware, etc. These young men were thorough, very friendly, yet professional. Everything was on the truck within maybe a couple of hours. It was all delivered to the small town in Texas on the day they said it would be AND the exact time. The people doing the work on that end, set up beds, put things in the correct room and again, did an awesome job. I would use this company again and I have been recommending them to everyone I know!
