The movers arrived on time however items were packed carelessly. Examples: They wrapped our leather couch in a soiled, greasy moving blanket then shrink wrapped. A heavy sewing machine was place in a box on top of lighter items therefore crushing the box and other items it contained. Hiking and work books were thrown in on top of sweaters Damage on an antique desk drawer that is not replaceable, again they placed a drawer from the dresser in one of our large garbage cans that had pails and items from our garage. All items were again carelessly thrown in with out wrapping. Copper art work again thrown in a box. So many more items just thrown in without any care into their packing. Boxes were mislabeled. I caught the movers carrying out the desktop computer screen with out any protection. I had to tell them to wrap it up. Floor lamp damaged Cedar hope chest damaged Wire shelving system destroyed Handmade walking stick destroyed Antique desk damaged The movers left trash in the house and cigarette butts in our driveway We had the movers unpack what we could to check for damage when it was shipped to our local storage in Westlake, Ohio. At that time we calculated $800.00 in damage The head quarter company did respond and settled with out any problems. We are now at our final place and I am unpacking all of our boxes to much disappointment!

Powell Relocation Group did an outstanding job. The crew were very professional and friendly. It took them four days to pack up. They then made the move. They were very careful with our items. They arrived on time and worked very hard. The driver even left his number and said if you can't find anything please call us. They were very professional and honest.
