Description of Work: I hired the company at an Angies List promotional price. Nowhere in the promotion did it indicate that this was not for a house with aluminum siding. After a mix-up about scheduling, they arrived to do the job, only to learn that it was going to be twice the price because of the aluminum siding. The siding look satisfactory, but not at the promotional price.

Description of Work: They never contacted me to set up an appointment, had to make repeated calls before they responded to me. Finally they came to measure the house and said they would set up an appt. They didn't call me, I had to call them & we set up a date for one week later which they never showed up. When I try to call them, a taped message stated they were not taking calls!!!!

Description of Work: Responded to Big Deal for $79 pressure washing of house. No mention of using water only to clean house and provider wanted to charge an additional $109 to use any chemical, soap or the like. I feel the charge for chemicals is excessive and there should have been a reference of "water use" only. I don't understand how my dirty siding can be washed using water only without the use of a soap agent or the like. Also learned that the brick is cursory cleaned which is the complete front of the house and that no gutter or fascia is cleaned. Very disappointed in the disclosure and I even read the so called fine print.

Description of Work: Cleaned tall and very large windows in our log home. I called 3 window cleaners for bids and they called me back the same day. Very conscientious and very considerate of company we had at the house. I will use them again!

Description of Work: Moved into a new home, windows inside and out were very dirty. We have very high and large windows with tall peaks and the work was outstanding both inside and out! Washed screens and mirrors. Excellent service, prompt and very professional. I will use their services again soon!
