+ -1 moreThe chair is working now...so no complaints....other than they had to come out a second time to fix the same chair.
Description of Work: Two guys came to my home and took a long time to repair my leather ottomon chair and leather couch. The mechanisms for the feet rest were not working properly. They were friendly and professional. It took them about 3 hours to complete the fix. The chair worked okay after that, but then it didn't seem to work right. I called them back, and they returned my calls promptly. They came out and fixed the problem. I'm not sure if it was a mechanical problem or the actual person. but so far okay...it is working out just fine.

+ -1 morePoorly. Very unresponsive to calls and emails. Had to contact the mover to get the repair company to return calls. I scheduled a day off to accommodate the repairs and they didn't show up. Took three months and tons of contact to get them to complete the job. In the end the job was mediocre at best (though they say constantly that they move and repair Stickley furniture).
Description of Work: Hired by moving company to repair damage that happened during the move.
