Horrible. This person stood me up on 2 other occasions, just no showed and left me to find someone to clean last min. Then on this last cleaning she leaves a full garbage and an empty pizza box and didn’t restock the toilet paper either. Don’t waste your time, money or patience on this one. For the $35 I paid for a simple 30 min service I received a kick in the knee my customers were ******.

I have the screen shots of letting you know the trash was full without a trash bag. That you were out of trash bags. You told me thank you, I'll take care of it. I have screenshots that the customer was mad you didn't have pots or pans, a coffee pot, or mugs yet charged them for a kitchenette. Just because you over charged for an understocked rental property, doesn't mean I'm taking the fall. As for the no show, I told you I would try and make a Saturday work because I don't work weekends. You told me you'd be at the property for maintance so if I couldn't make it, you would be fine. I'll be sure to leave you a review with the ss as well. Have a blessed day.

Surface cleaning was done. I had to come behind them and address lime deposits in the showere and tub. Missed multiple inside of cupboards, appeared to clean the refrigerator but missed the freezer compartment. Kitchen sink left stained - "oh, I didn't have the kind of bleach that your wife said she used." When discussed with the owner, lots of excuses. Offered to come back but by that time we needed it to have been deep cleaned. which we had to do. Mentioned some adjustment to charges since we were not happy - never heard back from them. They might be OK for surface clean, but not sure they understand what a deep cleaning is all about.
Description of Work: Contacted and asked for a deep clean after a move-out. When they finally answered their phone, we were able to discuss what we were looking for - deep clean with focus on kitchen and bathrooms, baseboards. etc

I was responding by email since my phone always drops calls. I offered to come back to fix the mistakes first thing Monday, you agreed, and when i called to tell you what time I'd be there, you told me don't bother because you just did it yourself. As far as the sink goes, I have Clorox spray gel, she needed the jug you use on laundry for me to soak the stains in kitchen sink. I also apologized for anything missed in the kitchen since my assistant was on the kitchen and partial dusting. She may have forgotten the freezer, but atleast we did your second refridgerator that was not known about but we did it anyways. There is always 2 sides to every story. My regular customers know I'm an awesome deep cleaner, I listen to their needs and keep them satisfied over 2 years. I have 30 customers that are all thrilled with their cleans, I communicate with them, I do extra things for them, and I always offer to fix any mistakes. I'm sorry you were not satisfied, there was miscommunication because you weren't responding by email, and my phone service was acting up. You agreed to Monday for me to come fix anything I even offered to neaten up the garage for any of your troubles, then you very angrily told me that you and your wife did it Saturday but had told me Monday was okay.

Alyssa and her team are amazing. She is punctual and completes tasks quickly. My house always is sparkling when she is done. I've also scheduled appts last minute and she is always willing to make time for me. I'd HIGHLY recommend her.
