Olive Branch Cleaning actually came out twice as we agreed to. Frankly there were a few issues the first time and I was less than happy. But when they came back to the second date we planned they more than made up for everything and went way above my expectations. My house looks wonderful and I highly recommend this company.

We hired Olive Branch Cleaning for post-construction clean up of our 100 year old church. They were very attentive and detailed with their quote and planning prior to the cleaning date and the job they completed for our post-construction clean up was exceptional! We will definitely be using Olive Branch again when needed. Thank you Mike, Sarah and team!

We have a clutter free, clean home. I needed cleaners mainly for floors and outside of toilets. I hired them to do bi-weekly cleaning of whole house. They insisted on 4 hours minimum. 2 cleaners came and spent 1 hour & 15 minutes just on the master bedroom and bathroom (2.5 hour charge). When they hit the 4 hour mark, they asked what I wanted. I said focus on the floors and bathrooms. I noticed hair on the newly cleaned bathroom floor. I wiped it up while the floor was still damp and the Kleenex was filthy. I also noticed some of the furniture was not dusted. I told her of my concerns, but she said my floor must have been really dirty and she wasn?t the one that dusted. Please note we live in a new condo, so there wasn?t years of built up dirt. She charged me $140 for the 4 hours. After she left, I noticed shoe prints in the newly cleaned floor to the front door. I am extremely disappointed. I?ve used cleaners in the past at our prior home and never had issues like this. So sad.

Olive Branch is great! Our ladies are punctual, tidy, and don't miss many spots. I also love that they work well with our dog- big plus if ever I have to leave during cleaning. Highly recommend!

Their work is excellent. They show up on time ready to go to work and they donâ t waste any time. Always willing to do anything I ask and always cheerful. Their prices are very reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone.
