On-site person did not have the tools to do the job and did not have the details. They made it right for us though but took longer. Would hire them again.

Carolyn was the first to respond to my Home Advisor posting,(within 1/2 Hr), on New Years Eve. She offered me the first appointment available, the day after New Years Day. Larry arrived on time, introduced himself and was ready to go to work. He was polite, personable and a diligent craftsman. He had a pleasant demeanor and wasted no time, completing the project. He appreciated our work space accommodations and appeared genuinely shocked at our generous tip, upon completion. If this service provider was needed again, we would ask for Larry. So yes, we would use this service again and encourage others, to give them strong consideration. Porch was the other Home Advisor led and they respond at 5 PM, nine hours after the project was completed. This positive feedback was supplied to Caroln, when she did a follow up call, the day after completion. A survey was supplied by the BBB and completed, later that same day. A Home Advisor live phone survey, was completed, days prior to the email. Ken

Excellent work but at a premium price .

I appreciated the quick response when I was looking for drywall repair. However, the man they sent indicated right up front he really didn't know much about drywall and how to do it. While I appreciated his honesty, and he did a adequate job for me, I am quite disappointed that Mr. Handyman would send someone who didn't have experience in this area. For the cost ($150.00/hr) I would have expected someone with more experience. Bob, our workman, was very personable, a good worker, and for the smaller job that I had, did an acceptable job.

Initial contact by Handyman was very quick, and the follow-up estimate was done the next day. Work was scheduled for three days later and satisfactorily accomplished in 7 hours. I received a call from the company two days after completion to check on the job quality. We were very pleased with the project outcome and the level of customer care we received.

They quoted me originally at 600 and the final bill came to $1249. They charged me for the searching and purchasing of materials. Don't hire them.

The work was satisfactory. The charge for a two hour minimum plus a service call is a bit excessive. He was supposed to follow-up with me and provide the name of a concrete contractor to help with another item, but never did.

The person doing this job went to a couple different stores to try to match the back door with the front screen door. His effort was greatly appreciated!
