The repairman arrived as scheduled and the repair was completed very quickly. We will definitely use Miller's Appliance Service again for any future needs.

They needed to order a replacement part, but they charged me trip charge again when they put in the replacement part on the return trip. Also, suggested an unnecessary repair which we didn't do.

Punctual, professional, fair price!

Initially, the control panel was identified as the problem requiring replacement. Cost of control panel was 3x more than Electrolux quoted price. Due to warranty concerns, control panel was purchased for the higher cost through Miller's supplier. After control panel was replaced and "communication error" continued, it was determined that the interface panel also needed replacement.

Fine. Wrong part ordered but service person reordered correct part and returned promptly to complete job.

Had replacement part on truck and solved problem

They are the ONLY service provider available for my brand of stove.

Mike showed up the same morning I called and worked very efficiently, identifying the bad part and replacing it. The fridge is running great again and he shared some good maintenance advice to keep the fridge running well.

It was wonderful. The technician, Erik, was very polite and professional. He not only told me what was wrong, but also ways I could modify my laundry habits and keep it running for a while longer. I appreciated that he was upfront about the cost of the repair. It allowed me to make a thoughtful decision about whether to fix it or buy a new one. Miller's Appliance Service is officially my go-to for anything appliance related.

The repairman arrived on time. My washer wouldn't spin the clothes dry. At first he thought it was the switch. Said he be back the next day with that. He installed the switch the next day and it still wouldn't work. He determined that it was the control panel which took another day to get. He did not charge me for the return trips. The young man was very polite and did a good job.

We recently moved to area, Angies List is a big help in locating service providers. We had a refigerator that was running constantally and the temps in the freezer were too warm. Overall, if using Miller's Appliance Service (MA) we urge you to check out first what Millers fees are. We noticed several MA repairs reported on Angies List were well below what they charges us for labor and trip charge alone. Our bill as follows: Trip charge $79.95, Labor, $75. and parts 59.00, total $206.Note We were told Angie's LIst 15% coupon for MA is for parts only and we live in their basic service area. Called MA Friday afternon and their Monday service was timely, MA does not work on weekends. When service man came, I told them the refigeraor ran too much and the freezer was too warm. They said we needed a new condesser fan, the part was not on their truck, but was at the local GR warehouse. They said they will call for time to come and install new fan motor. MA called Wed to install part Thursday. Thursday they installed part, but the refigerator was still noisy. The repair man said we may need an upper fan motor, but we should wait to see how the refigeratoar runs. We said right now the refigerator still sounds pretty noisy. This part was not on their truck, but would cost over $100 plus labor, so we said we would see how the refig worked with the new fan motor. Nest day the refigterator still was very noise and freezer still too warm. I didn't want to pay more money to repair an older rifig after first being told that the new fan motor would fix our refig. So I got busy on the web, found the needed upper General Electric fan motor for almost half the parts cost MA would charge, ordered and installed the moter myself. Refigerator runs great now. It was never my intent to pay a service tect to diagnose our refigerator and get the parts and put it in mykself to save money. But given the circumstances I was not happy to pay $206 to repair my refigerator, then learn that more parts and labor were neeed. I think MA should make a profit on their parts. From my research looking at the GE factory parts we needed, MA charged us about 150-180% above the GE retail list price list. MA should get wholesale prices (way below retail price list). We think MA trip chage plus labor plus mark on retail prices is excessive considering unsatisfactory service, high prices, and slow parts turn around (Monday-Thursday). We will look for another repair service next time we need an appliance repair.

Work was good, he was on time, but his pricing was a bit funky.

Very well. Our window was anytime after noon. Erik was here from about 2:30-3ish.

I called that same day and within 45 minutes, Mike was at the door! He came immediately after another call he had scheduled. It was apparent he knew what the problem was after I told him what was going on. (see above) He had the part in the truck and took the back panel of inside the freezer off, replaced the part and panel, set freezer dial and said I was good to go within a short time. He even cleaned a bottom area of the freezer that I have a hard time doing myself. I liked that he was able to come right away. He was polite, worked diligently and even unloaded the freezer to get to the panel!! After the fridge was fixed, I showed him my washer in the laundry room. It sounded like a 747 on the spin cycle. He started it up, said it was the bearing/tub and it wouldn't be worth the fix of around 300. I appreciate the honesty.

It went fine. They gave us advice so we appreciated it. It was pretty expensive for a house call. They didn't do anything, they just evaluated it.

We've had Millers Appliance Service work on a number of appliances throughout the years, the most recent being our clothes dryer. They've always been prompt and courteous, and generally knowledgeable. In the particular instance of the dryer, they did what they thought would help to make it dry more efficiently, but the "fix" didn't really seem to help. I don't fault Millers in this case, I think it is the fault of this particular dryer. I would not hesitate to call Millers again.

They came when they said they would, made sure they were doing what sub zero tech recommended, took care of the problems. They were extremely courteous , friendly, and tidy. As it was under warranty there was no charge for any of the service calls.

It was good. They were out twice and they only charged the service charge. They were working on my kitchen appliances and they determined that none of the appliances I had was worth repairing. They gave me the estimates for repair that were over the value of the appliance so I didn’t proceed with the repairs. What stood out to me was that he was honest. I really don’t have anything to compare their prices. He took some things apart, he was there over an hour each time, and he also helped me with understanding how to run one of the appliances that wasn’t working correctly.

Went fine. Refrigerator wasn't getting cold enough. First problem diagnosis and part ordered. Then, part installed 2 days later. Everyone was very professional and the refrigerator has been working perfectly ever since.

A person from Miller's Appliance came out to the house three times. The first to determine why our freezer was no longer getting cold, the second to replace the control board on the frig, and the third to determine why, even with the new control board, the frig wasn't working. Turns out the latter problem was an outlet rather than a frig problem. All the folks who came to the house were punctual, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable, and we were charged for only one service call. I will definitely use them again if another appliance goes on the fritz.

Service was great, arrived when scheduled. Also offered operating advice on other appliances. All in all, went very well, would use again if/when problems arise.

THE YOUNG MAN WHO CAME TO MY HOME WAS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. HE DID A NICE JOB ON THE STOVE. HE WAS ALSO INFORMATIVE ON HOW TO MAINTAIN IT, AND WHAT TO DO IF I HAD ANY MORE PROBLEMS.

THEY WERE POLITE AND FRIENDLY WHEN THEY CAME TO MY HOME. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT. THEY WERE ABLE TO FIX BOTH PROBLEMS WITHOUT A SINGLE PROBLEM. THEY WERE EXCELLENT WORKERS. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND GOT STRAIGHT TO WORK.
