Tom is prompt, extremely pleasant, trustworthy and goes that extra mile to do the best job, possible. He left to go purchase the best hangers for three separate and heavy mirrors which went together as a setting and it is absolutely gorgeous. Would hire again and recommend to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

I would recommend the response to phone messages left at the office to be returned in a timely manner. I felt like my office call was ignored and if I didn't have the owner's cell number, my service would not have been taken care of when promised because other larger jobs were moved in front of my repair which was my picture window on the front of my home. After I had a conversation with the owner he did come out that evening and repaired my window and I was satisfied.

I contacted Malibu Glass and they came out and did the measuring quickly. He ordered the glass and within 2 weeks the glass was installed and looks very good. I was very pleased. I will use him again if the occasion arises.
