Replaced a double pane egress window. tom went out of his way to check with local building inspector to make sure everything was approved. Was very professional even with my dog attempting to help.

Tom called within minutes of submitting our replacement request. We set up an appointment for a quote on one of our windows that the glass had frosted due to the seal failing. Our quote arrived as promised and was better than our first contractor. I have to say, Tom is extremely professional answering all our questions and exceeding our expectations. Tom returned my call within 15 minutes and made arrangements to be at my home to check out the problem in about an hour and a half. When he arrived he was courteous and very knowledgable about how to fix my mirrors. He did a quality job and charged a reasonable price for the work he completed.
