Less Mess With Jess

I was extremely unhappy. Rings around my toilets within days even after I mentioned it. Then saw immediate under the rim was never touched and disgusting leading to the quick rings. Also stairs were frequently missed. Just not well done. To be fair I am rating based on only 1 person cleaning, never anyone else

Jess came out to my house very quickly and gave me a quote. She is very nice and professional. Her quote was very accurate. I told her my main concern was trusting someone to be in my house while I was at work. She assured me she knows all her employees and trusts them. We discovered she also cleans for a mutual acquaintance, who I know would only use trustworthy people, so that made me feel better about it also. I met the girl who would be cleaning on the first day, Kim, and felt completely comfortable with her in my home. She is super friendly. She does a great job and always tells me if I want things done differently to just let her know. She cleans twice a month for a total of 6 hours. (3 hours each time). I would recommend this company!

Jess has been very responsive to my initial phone call as well as follow-up calls. The top 2 floors of my house were cleaned thoroughly!

I love Jess and her cleaning crew! She charges $30/hr, and picks a good day for the cleaners to come. I gave her keys to my apartment so it can be cleaned while I am at work. The first cleaning they bring all the supplies if needed, but after that it is preferred that the homeowner have supplies and vacuum in the house. Laura is my cleaner, and she does a fantastic job. She leaves me notes when I'm running low on cleaning supplies and makes suggestions of specific tools to buy for certain jobs. For example, I had the swiffer and she recommended the more cost efficient reusable version from Rubbermaid. I can always tell when I get home that it's been cleaned, it smells wonderful and everything is just so. For someone who works full time, this service is excellent. The first visit, Jess comes to your house to evaluate how long it will take, meet you, go over exactly how you want things cleaned and how deep you want cleans each time (inside and outside of microwave vs just outside for example). The first cleaning is a deep clean, usually with 2 people working at it so it doesn't take as long. Then it's maintenance cleaning after that. My 2 BR apartment takes approx 2.5 hrs each clean (5hrs/month). That's how I get the $150 price above. Love them, will continue to use this company and refer them to friends.

Jess is wonderful, and her employees are very friendly, reliable and trustworthy. Sometimes I am home while they clean, other times I am not, and I feel comfortable having them in my home while I am not there. I have and would recommend Less Mess With Jess to my friends and neighbors.

Jess responded the next morning to my initial inquiry, provided a rough estimate over the phone and visited my home for a walk through prior to the first cleaning. We scheduled a full house deep cleaning and Mary came over twice the week before Christmas to make sure our home was ready for the holidays. I have watched Jessica incorporate her ethics and determination into her growing business. Her employees respect her because she values and respects them. You can see this in their job performance and in her interaction with both her employer and employees. I had hired other individuals and cleaning companies in the area before hiring Jessica. In my opinion, she can't be beat. Give her a call. You will never regret it!
