I make an appointment and they get it right in, sometimes I get a loaner. They have good communication and have had no real problems. They do a nice job.

They are incredible there. For me it was around $40 but other people if they don't buy their car there, it will be a different price. They are really wonderful about after care. They deserve an A. The oil change is good for me but I don't know about repairs. That was incredible. I would use the highest grade. They are excellent on their after purchase car care. If you have something wrong with the car, you go in and they deal with it. So no trouble at all that way. They went through the entire two years with me and they did excellent.

The day after purchase I waxed my new car to find the rear bumper cover had been poorly and only partially re-painted with overspray on the tail-light and a small dent in the lower bumper cover. I confirmed it had to be Kool Chevrolet to do the poor repair by contact the dealership that took back the leased car and the auto auction that sold the car to Kool Chevrolet. No damage was reported on the post-lease inspection either. Kool Chevrolet sold me a ?Certified pre-owned? under false pretenses and when I contacted them about properly painting the rear bumper cover, they told me to take a hike. Re-painting the rear bumper cover will cost me an extra $614.52 due to the tri-coat paint job. Not to even mention what else they potentially lied about?

We spot a bunch of cars from them and we had them do our wash servicing. I finally got around and have my recall done. The recall was free. I get the oil change for $15 or something cheap because I bought the car there. They top off all the fluids. He gave me the goodness that I have to start saving my pennies because I need some more work done and the estimate on that is $600. They are pretty good like that like telling you that you really should have this done right now but this can wait, which helps you to budget a little. I keep coming back to them because of convenience. We can drop off our car at night. They have a drop box so you can drop your keys and write up what you want done and then they’ll call you the next day when it’s ready.

They were pretty busy when we stopped in on Friday, so we made an appoint ment for Monday. We dropped the car off Sunday night. They have a drop box for info and keys. We knew ahead of time that this was going to be a big job. We've had the car in before and they fixed what needed immediate attention and advised us on what could wait till we had more money. The cost was pretty much what we expected. They called when the car was finished, on Monday afternoon. We got a full explanation and estimate before the work was actually done. We are very please with the work they do and will continue to use them.

The inspection came up with a few problems with the car. Such as a/c compression leaking. Also had an oil change while I was there.

They were diligent in diagnosing the problem and when the first two repairs didn't solve the problem they didn't hesitate to perform the third repair which was a very extensive engine rebuild. Everything went smoothly except for th engine rebuild. It took about 2 days longer than they thought it would because of parts availability but considering the extensive nature of the final repair, I didn't think it was a big deal. Since the repairs were completed I have not had any issues with the vehicle and will continue to bring my car there for maintenance and repairs.

They are always very courteous and on time for what they say. It is a great place to do business. The pricing is reasonable; I had a coupon. I stopped in for an oil change and was in and out within a reasonable amount of time.
