They did a fantastic job. They had the old brick patio taken out and the new patio with pavers and a built in fire pit and new landscaping all completed within a week. It looks amazing.

We cannot get them to respond to our request for the shrub removal and replanting. We decided to not have them do the mulching, as it was considerably more expensive than we had expected. I emailed twice and even went to the nursery in person to ask for a response from the gentleman who sent me the quote. A week has passed, and so far we have had no response, which is very unprofessional. It seems that this job is not big enough for them to care, which is unfortunate and short-sighted. We have a large yard and may have gone with them for future services.

Besides being way more expensive than any of their competition in the area I find the people at the office incredibly arrogant, conceited and rude. They act like they have so much business and they're so busy catering to all the wealthy people in the area that they don't have time for your small project. And let me tell you this was no small project, they asked me how much I wanted to spend to which I answered somewhere between $20,000 and $30,000 their response was, "Oh well you could spend $100,000 on that." It was like that wasn't even good enough for them. Needless to say they were too disinterested to even give me an estimate. I was too disinterested to even give them the time of the day.

I purchased flagstone-like stones from them. It was easy.

The employees were familiar with all the trees and bushes - including an few trees that are rare for the area. They trimmed them up and removed the debris and clippings.

Knapp Valley was professional and on time with the work. They did a great job.

They did a great job. They do landscaping but I think they also have a retail center. They were just very professional and came up with some great ideas.

They did some design and some layout. We felt it was expensive at the time, but did it, and it was beautiful. We have never kept that area up, or let them come back, we've let it go, because it was one of those things we really didn't need. If we have them back, we would have them do the front yard as well, and get them to give us an estimate. Dwight Jacobsen referred them to us. They were good, on time, and I would use them again in the future. They get high ratings.

Everything was done very professionally and it worked very well for us. We would use them in the future if necessary.

We contacted Knapp Valley, and the designer met with us a week later. He provided insight into the design of the patio, helped us to select stone to be used (even meeting us at the stone supplier to look at various options). Upon selecting the design, we began two weeks later with installing. Duct work was put in to allow for future electrical and water, as well as drainage tile to push any water to the front of the house. All was done to my satisfaction. The grass in the backyard was awful, and they offered to rip it out and lay new sod at a discount, as the equipment and people were always there; opportunistic cross-selling yes, but the results were incredible. Their price was on the high side of the quotes we received, but we expected and received wonderful and responsive service.

THEIR BUSINESS IS VERY GOOD. THEY JUST HAD A REAL PROBLEM WITH GETTING THE JOB DONE ON TIME. THEY DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH PEOPLE FOR THE JOB AND IT ENDED UP TAKING A LOT MORE TIME THAN WHAT THEY SAID IT WOULD.

THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT, GETTING THEIR WORK DONE QUICKLY. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE WORK THAT THEY DID. NOW I HAVE ONE OF THE BEST LOOKING YARDS ON OUR BLOCK.
