Excellent job did what they said they will do

They removed the old shingles and replaced the entire roof. Started at 7am and finished around 9:30pm. It was a hot day, 96° in the shade. But they worked hard and long despite the weather. Did an amazing job start to finish. Clean up was great as well. They also installed a closed gutter system. Again, they did a great job. Last, they replaced 15 windows and wrapped the outer sills. Beautiful job! Thank you so much!

I needed two roofs replaced, one in terrible shape and leaking heavily. Irish was one of two companies to call me back very quickly and the only company to schedule a meeting onsite the next day. Mike B. was great! He estimated both jobs, worked with the owner Larry and came up with a reasonable quote on both roofs.....one being extremely difficult! Once the work was begun hidden damage and 4-5 layers of roofing on a 100+ year old home was found. Larry was great at keeping the additional repair costs to a minimum! The jobs were done first rate and the neighbors have done nothing but complement their work! All in all I have recommended Irish Roofing Grand Rapids to all of my friends and business acquaintances and will use them again when needed. Thank you Larry, Mike and all of your office staff and work crews! It's great to find a company I can depend on!

I would highly recommend Irish Roofing. They were very professional and very competitive. They started my roof at 7:00 am and were pulling out of my driveway at 5:05 pm. You wouldn't have even known they were there except for having a new roof. Great JOB. I am considering have them do my siding and windows next.

Very professional and timely from quotation to completion of the job. It took a day and a half to do the entire job and our roof is a very difficult 7 peaks and valleys configuration. Looks great and we are pleased with the great job they did.

I liked that the job was done in a day. Paperwork was little confusing, between Irish and insurance. I like itemized receipts to see cost before work. Other then that work was fine.

I had a great experience all around with this company. Michael Belfer is a great project coordinator. He explained the process well, quick to respond with questions, and very friendly. He understood our financial situation and was honest and never tried to sell more than we needed. The owners spoke with me directly to work something out financially knowing we didn't have a lot of money until we agreed on something that would work for us. They are definitely in it for the people, not the money. The quality of work is excellent, done same day, and no mess. I would highly recommend this company.

Our experience was very good with this company. They did, however, damaged some items. Some asphalt shingles fell off the roof and destroyed an external thermometer and feel on our central A/C and dented the casing. I hope they are more careful on their next jobs.

Was given a fair estimate for a roof leak but once the crew showed up to address it, discovered the scope of work was much smaller than anticipated. Worked with Larry (co-owner) to come to a more than appropriate price for new scope of work.

Excellent cust6omer service, very professional in every way. roof was taken off sheathing replaced for eliminating roof vents and yard cleaned up in one day. everyone of the craftsmen knew exactly what to do and when, they were very efficient. I plan on doing a lot more business with them in the near future. the house looks so good I will get my large unattached garage done (previously I thought it looked good) roofed to match.

This was a pleasant experience. I got 4 quotes from different companies. Theirs was the second least expensive. Michael, the estimator/sales person, was friendly and courtious. He worked hard to get the project with our budget and was able to do so. They provided a 50 year warranty that is transferrable to the next home owner. After committing to the project, they had the materials out the next business day and the work was completed the following business day. The work crew started at 7:30a, and stayed until the job was completed after 7:30pm. I have a large roof so it is understandable that it would take a while. The crew was careful to identify and replace underlayment that was soft. Replacement of soft underlayment was spelled out in the contract and I was expecting it with the age of my roof. The roof looks great! If I had to do this again, I would contact Irish Roofing again. Kudos for a job well done!

They were very helpful. They explained their quote, and we're helpful with the insurance claim. Completed the job in one day, 11. Hours. 7:30 _6:30. They also did a complete clean up. Very satisfied Larry McKinney
