They are just the pits. They are the most miserable people on the face of this Earth. They are the worst. It is a bad company. They do not come or fix anything. It took months after they had my money. I finally went to the Better Business Bureau. I had tons of trouble with them. Everything is bad, bad, bad, bad about this company. I'm terrified if something goes wrong with this awning again, because then I have to call them again. Money-wise they kept saying I owed them more money and they kept coming back month after month. They were chiseling out as much as they could.
Description of Work: I paid for an awning. They were paid and the darn thing didn't work. I called and called. They didn't bother calling back. It was just awful. They had my money for months, I opened it up and, right in mid-air, the whole thing came down. I was petrified and I called them up. They didn't bother calling me back. Now they call me and ask if there was anything they could do for me and I said to get away from me.
