Initial contact was on June 4th when I requested an estimate for repairing two panes of glass in our garage. The glass weather seal leaked causing a foggy appearance. A week went by and nothing. So I left a voicemail with all the details and contact info (a human didn't answer the phone). 3 days went by and no return call. I left another message without a return call. Finally on June 11th I managed to reach an actual person who referred to someone else. They looked over my records and acted as if this was the very first time I had ever called.

Ordered material over the phone and got pricing based on size and type of glass and mirrors we needed. Placed order with 50% down payment and picked up completed materials at shop a week or so later. Painless, easy process.

They sent someone out a few days later and told me I'd be contacted within a few days with an estimate. A week went by and nothing. So I left a voicemail with all the details and contact info (a human didn't answer the phone). 3 days went by and no return call. I left another message without a return call. Finally on August 15 (more than 2 weeks after the initial contact), I managed to reach an actual person. They looked over my records, offered no apology, and said they need to send another person over to inspect the window. They'd call on Friday (16th) or Monday (19th) to set up a time. It's now Friday (the 23rd) and no contact. I give up. Given the average grade on Angie's List for this company I'm rather disappointed. I won't be contacting them again.

Took the window to the store location (to avoid a $100 service call). Only one person working in front showroom, who handles phone and in-person customers. Consequently, had to wait a long time for my turn. Glass provided was fine.

Work was completed according to the plan for repair. 4 hours to completion. Scheduling the appointment was difficult. They were very busy in June.

I stopped by to get a rough estimate. Later an estimator came out and I received a quote. The only delay was actually getting on the books to have the installation completed once my glass had come into the store. It looks beautiful!

We have used them before and they followed through. They were very professional, reliable, and came when they said they were going to. We were very pleased with them.

The price they quoted was reasonable. The guys who completed the job were friendly and professional and had a pleasant demeanor. I would use them again and might for some other work I need done in the future.
