Looked professionally done. Talked with Jeff over the phone before install. He was pleasant, answered all questions & did a great job. W ould recommend or have him come back for any other gutter work.

When I called the company I got a voice mail. I left a message and a few days later (I think it was three days), I got a call back from the owner, Jeff Huizenga. Eventually, he came out and left an estimate for the job I needed done. The estimate didn't reflect what I had asked for (a screen over the gutter). I had to call him back to ask if it was included in the estimate or not (it wasn't). So he had to increase the price based on that. We agreed that he could start the job anytime. It took a few weeks before he did the job. He left a bill in my mailbox and it was for exactly the same price of the estimate. The gutter looks crooked. It's obviously slanted from one end to the other. When I called him about this, he scolded me for not calling him sooner and not having paid him yet (it had been a few weeks). He rudely explained why it was so crooked. I tried to explain that I understood what he was telling me but it was very crooked from what I've seen on other houses. he said that my roof is crooked and gave me a bunch of other reasons as to why it is crooked. I didn't have the energy to argue with him. I paid him and that was the end of it. Jeff was unprofessional in his communications with me. He was rude on the phone when I expressed my concerns with the job. I wouldn't use his company again.

I contacted Gutters Inc, described a small project and set a date for an estimate. The estimate was performed promptly and the work was done as promised. They had to remove a sagging leaky gutter and replace itwith new. Job was well done.

Viewed gutter performance during recent downpour and gutters appear to be functioning well. Timely and professional service.

Jeff Huizenga at Gutters Inc called and I discussed my problem with one gutter not draining properly on the back of my house,Jeff's business is in Grand Rapids but said he comes to Kalamazoo aprox once a week and would take a look at it ...He Did and He Fixed It and with the rain we had last night it works perfectly..I'm really pleased he would take the time to correct anothers contractors mistakes..I am extremely pleased with Jeff at gutters Inc. After we decided to use this service it took about two weeks before they could do the work. Work was done when scheduled and took about 3 hours. Workers were neat and while driving away noticed a piece of gutter on the roof, they stopped got the ladder out and removed the piece from the roof, a very small piece. while they were here they were very professional and friendly. I would Jeff and his crew again, probably wouldn't call anyone else.

Gutters Inc. installed gutters on part of my house a couple years ago with the assurance that he would clean them if needed. When I got very short notice of a homeowner's insurance inspection because (partly) of leaves in the old gutters that weren't replaced, I contacted Jeff (and gutter cleaning companies) in a panic. Jeff responded promptly that he would be out first thing the next morning and to not worry about my gutters for the inspection. Jeff and his crew showed up as promised the next morning and cleaned ALL of my gutters, not just the ones he had installed. He and his crew were prompt, professional, and efficient. They were here for only a short time and everything looked great. They deposited the debris in my compost pile and left the area surrounding the house clean and tidy. Gutters Inc. is my first recommendation to anyone who needs gutters or siding. This company is EXCELLENT!

This firm was very dfficult to reach by phone. I understood that my job was small and would be worked in between larger jobs. However, the owner did not return phone calls asking for approximate dates. I expect the work will function as stated, but it's hard to say when I've only had the gutters for a couple of weeks.

He did a good job. I was happy with them. They were good priced and they got the work done pretty quickly. He checked everything out and talked to me while he was out here. They were pretty easy to work with.

Jeff was great to work with right from the beginning with a timely and detailed estimate. He even called to see if he could start the job early, as he had some free time available. After beginning the job, he found there that he make some changes from the original estimate that would save some money without affecting the performance of the gutters. He was quick with the installation and did a great job on clean up afterwords. I can't recommend him enough!

The entire process from the time we met Jeff until the completed job went very well. He kept us informed and completed the job in a timely manner. I placed a call asking for an estimate and the representative from Gutters Inc. was able to come over the very next day. I did not end up choosing his business, but he was able to thoroughly answer my questions and provide an estimate that was on par with pricing of his competitors. My only wish was that he had some examples of his materials--I was looking to buy seamless gutters with covers and would have liked to seen the types he talked about.

It went great. With the conductor heads, I knew I was looking for something unusual, but Jeff went out of his way to research the issue and come up with a great option. Once everything was agreed upon, the work was done VERY quickly and looks great.
