Estimate in fall, work not done until spring. He did alert us that he was very busy. A bit slow to return phone calls, but work was done well, price very reasonable and Jeff a very professional, pleasant person. He returned to fix a minor problem, unrelated to the original work and did not charge. I would definetly use this company again.

This was a great experience. I contacted 2 companies that were highly rated on Angie's list. One was a national chain and the other was Jeff at Gutters, Inc, which is an independant company, locally owned. I emailed each company to request a quote. I wanted to compare, even though we were planning on going with a local company, as we try to support locally owned businesses. Jeff was the only one to get back to me. We arranged to have him come over the next day and he arrived on time. He listened to what we wanted, made some suggestions of downspout placement that we had not thought of, and gave a quote. We decided to give him our business and he said he could have it done the next week. His supplies did not come in on time, but he called to keep us informed of the status. Every time he said he would call, he did. The day he said he would do the work, he showed up. He did the work while we were at work, cleaned up after himself and left everything the way it was. The bill arrived a couple of days later and was the exact amount of the quote. Jeff is an honest business man and someone we would highly recommend. It is hard to find such "old fashioned" service these days, especially with the national companies.

I contacted this company earlier in the fall to get an estimate for replacement of all gutters on my house. (They were vinyl and quite dilapidated.) When the owner of Gutters Inc., Jeff Huizenga, came to do the estimate, I had to leave to meet a deadline. Jeff introduced himself and completed the estimate in my absence. I was very impressed with his professionalism from the outset. Upon receiving the estimate, I had many questions about guttering (I'm a single mother and do a lot of home repairs myself), and Jeff patiently answered each of my questions in detail. He took the time necessary to answer all of my questions, including some follow-ups, and never made me feel like I was wasting his time as some male contractors do. I was unable to have all of the gutters replaced at the same time because it exceeded my budget, but he was willing to do it in parts so that I can more easily afford it. We agreed to start with the front of the house because of the hazards the leaky gutters were causing with ice build-up on the sidewalk. Due to an unexpected medical event in my family, we weren't able to schedule the work until after Thanksgiving when the weather was becoming cold and snowy. Jeff graciously worked around my schedule. The day Jeff was scheduled to do the gutter replacement, we had too much snow to do the work; instead of canceling at the last minute, he came as scheduled and took down the old gutters and disposed of them for me. I was impressed with how well he cleaned up, not leaving anything for me to do after he left. We rescheduled installation for later in the week. He arrived a little ahead of schedule and got right to work. Despite the cold and the snow on the ground, Jeff quickly and professionally installed the new gutters. I was amazed with his attention to small details, such as matching the downspouts to the color of the siding on the house (different from the white fascia on which the gutters were installed) and precision of the installation. They look beautiful! (I'm a perfectionist so I notice the smallest details that aren't exact, but there is nothing that I feel the need to "tweak" with this installation. Truly professionally done!) Jeff had to make a third trip to my house to install the Gutter Genius gutter covering because he was out of it at the time the gutters were to be installed. He called me in advance of the initial appointment, told me of the situation, and gave me the option of having the work done on different days or waiting until the Gutter Genius arrived. I chose to have the work done on different days. Again, Jeff arrived as scheduled, performed the work quickly and professionally, and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. The professionalism, attention to detail, and service-oriented attitude are outstanding!! I very highly recommend Gutters Inc. and will use this company again.

I got Gutters Inc., phone number from Angie's List. Jeff Huizenga came out and we talked about the different options for routing the water away from the home. He was very helpful. I did not feel pressed or short of his time. His quote was comparable to two others I received. I went with Gutters Inc., because they were local, quick to serve, and had good reviews.

Great service! Reasonable pricing! Called on a Thursday, got an estimate on Friday, got the gutters installed on Monday! Amazingly fast. The gutters look great, cleaned up the job site so well you couldn't even tell they had been there, kept all appointments, and returned all phone calls promptly. I would recommend them to everyone.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE HARD WORKERS AND VERY NICE PEOPLE. THEY FINISHED THE WORK RIGHT ON TIME. THEY HAD A VERY LOW PRICE COMPARED TO OTHER COMPANIES.
