It went great. He was very helpful in helping us decide what carpets could be cleaned and what could not. All the carpets looked and smelled great after he left and was more than happy to come back and touch up in any stains came back. Would be happy to use this organization again.

Kim and Andrea did a very thorough and professional job. They were prompt, friendly, and efficient and explained clearly their cleaning process. They even made it here in the middle of the snowstorm. Great job.

Great! Carpet was less than a 6 months old and still looked great. However, the carpet on the stairs was heavily soiled. I emailed Green Home and asked if they would clean just the stairs, because the floor was still clean. They responded the day same saying yes. They cleaned the stairs within the week. Technician was professional and friendly. I will definitely use them again.

We purchased a home where I'm sure the carpets hadn't been cleaned in the 17 years the people lived there. We have cleaned up the house to flip it, hoping that we did not have to replace the carpet in the bedrooms and stairs, but was very uncertain if it was possible to clean up. The large bedroom had a basket weave berber carpet that we thought at best it was cream. After it was cleaned it was actually off-white and looks great! All the carpets were very stained and dirty. Brian spent significant time on the project and ALL the carpets look great, no new carpet needed! He was very punctual, considerate and pleasant. His business card will definitely go in our permanent reference file!

Its only been my second day in our new house and I had in advanced scheduled to have the carpets cleaned. The house in which I purchased was roughly 3200 square feet. I did not want to go through Modernistic or Stanley just from past experiences, quality. and reviews. I trust the reviews on Angie"s List and they steered me in the direction of two A rated companies tailored to my upcoming needs. So I decided to hire two companies out of that "A list" and do a little research of my own. Yes, Green Home Cleaning and Restoration was more expensive than the other company I had out to the house to clean, but I must say it was worth every single penny. *** KIM *** was phenomenally professional. Super punctual and pleasant. She took her time with introducing herself and was very receptive to my homes needs. She went above and beyond the stated 4 room cleaning print. Besides cleaning the four designated rooms she cleaned 2 sets of stairs, a small additional room, as well as a large area rug. Plus she pointed out some coffee stains that I didn't even knew existed and gave me a large amount of product to treat them with. I'll have plenty of reserve cleaner for the future. With that being said. Green Home Cleaning and Restoration will be my only choice in cleaning my entire house in the future. Once again thank you Kim.

I have yet to find a carpet cleaning company that I can say honestly does a good job, until green home. I decided to try them out and see what kind of results I would get. I was very impressed. I had a few stains by my backdoor that I didn't think were ever going to come out. However they got them out. My carpets look good and I am satisfied.

The provider was late, but had called several times to keep me up to date when she was coming, which I appreciated. I understand that sometimes jobs take longer than expected. We had split a chocolate protein shake on our creamed colored carpet and she was able to get both the stain and smell out. She was also able to get the cat odor smell out of the basement where our cat went to the bathroom. Overall I was very satisfied with the service. My only concern with this company is their fees. I've had our carpets cleaned several times over the years and this was by far the most expensive, and I had an Angie's list coupon. I can't say for certain if the service done far exceeded the other company's I had used in the past that were less expensive. However, they still did an excellent job.

It went great! Brian (the Owner) did a great job accommodating my needs. The day he was supposed to come out to clean, I lost power due to a storm. My power ended up coming back on an hour before he arrived so it worked out perfect! I am getting ready to put my home on the market and he was able to get my dingy off-white carpet looking and smelling fresh and clean. I would recommend him to anyone needing a thorough carpet cleaning. The house looks great! Thanks for making it look so great!

Just moved here, got this offer on Angie's List. They were here when I wanted, they did an awesome job, did more area than I paid for, and were very nice. Even gave me a can of cleaner for pet messes. I could not be happier with the service Green Home Cleaning and Restoration provided.

I have used, and recommended Green Home for the past 4 years. I have 2 dogs and a cat, so we have stains that I can't always get out. About twice a year I have them come in and my old carpets look and feel like new again. One time I had an emergency and had family coming into town for a funeral. They were able to come the same day and clean the entire house. Most times I have Kim, and she's great with all pets. Just an awesome company. I never hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to have carpets cleaned. You will NOT be disappointed! Wish I could give A+.

Excellent experience! Best carpet cleaning we have ever had. Very professional, on time, and friendly. She got spots out of the carpet that previous cleaners could not get ride of. We will definitely use this company again as well as recommend to all of our friends and neighbors.

Excellent - as usual. Professional, punctual, thorough, friendly. They have cleaned our carpets at least 4 times now and I won't call anyone else. Always do a great job! I would definitely recommend Green Home Cleaning. A little more expensive than the bigger companies, but the work they do is so much better - well worth it.

In the end, and at the very last minute, our landlord changed his mind and decided to contract for carpet cleaning himself. So, unfortunately, I can only comment on the process of obtaining an estimate. Brian came exactly on time to measure the space in our home. He did so quietly and quickly when we had a lot of other moving-related chaos going on. Then he sat with us and in a very professional manner went through the costs associated wit Green Home's services. His estimate came in the middle of the three that we obtained, but Brian's manner and forthrightness won us over to choose Green Home for the work. When I informed him that the landlord had decided to go another way, he was very patient and kind. We will definitely call Brian for any carpet cleaning needs in future.

The end results were very good. I had to do a little run around. They were all very courteous and punctual and responsive. There was an area rug that we missed and there wasn’t any other suggestion to do one chair. It came out great and everything was great but I had to run the little rug around town to get it done. There was a little missed up there, and that was partially my fault and partially her fault. It was on the back deck and we both walked by it twice. So, that was a little bummer.

Kim arrived on time. She assessed the areas to be cleaned (dining room and large great room). Extra attention was given to spots in dining room. She was able to remove them all. Even left me with a can of the spot remover for future problems. The carpet looked brand new when she left. SUPER JOB!!!!

My three year old carpeting had never been professionally cleaned and there were some obvious spots from our pet dog that my efforts hadn't taken care of completely. I was attracted by the reviews on Green Home Cleaning because of the amount of cleaning for the price, the handling of furniture, and the satisfaction of the customer. When I opened my door to the smiling young woman promptly on cleaning day I must say I was skeptical because I have a large home with some heavy pieces of furniture to move. She assured me that she could handle everything without any need for additional help. She started at 9:00 AM and was done by about 11:30. She didn't waste a minute and never asked for any help. Everything was back in place and the carpeting looks beautiful. I am very impressed and would recommend this company to any of my friends.

Kim did THE BEST job . She was very professional and particular about her job of cleaning my carpets. She took her time and did an excellent job. She said she is the only employee and has worked for the company 9 years...I can see why they keep her! Will be calling them when I need cleaning done again. They aren't the cheapest company , but you get what you pay for! It was also nice that they don't try to sell you more once they're in your home.

Fantastic! Green Home Cleaning and Restoration was professional, timely and courteous. Of course they did great work - on top of that they were simply so professional and courteous we were thrilled. In the past we've had service providers who smelled like smoke, stale smoke, sometimes even like they just came from the bar (never from Green Home Cleaning - this is other providers). The team from Green Home Cleaning were true professionals. We will definitely be hiring them again and would recommend them to anyone who needs clean carpets with out the hassle of a "used car salespersons" sales pitch. Highly recommended!
