Green Home Cleaning and Restoration

I purchased Green Home Cleaning and Restoration's Angie's List "Big Deal" Kim did a great job. Very thorough and went the extra mile, in my opinion. I would have them do the work again. I put a B on punctuality because they said 12 noon, but she called to say she did more at previous job and was running late. She said she would be here at 1:15, instead of noon. She did arrive at 12:45, though (ahead of rescheduled time). This was not a problem with me, at all, but may have been an issue with a homeowner on a different time schedule. Kim spent almost 4 hours here and I felt like I got my money's worth. The square footage was under what the "Big Deal" is for, so I did not pay anything extra for staicases or tiles flooring. I had no idea of the square footage of the areas to be cleaned, so expected the stairs would be extra. I also was prepared to pay for the bathroom tile, if necessary, so all that was a bonus. Great job! Thanks, Kim, for all your hard work.

Scheduling, responsiveness and professionalism was spot on. The cleaning was of different areas, on different levels, different kinds of carpet, different ages. All came out great. Dried within the expected time period. After a couple of weeks everything still looks good..no "lifting" of any thing or recurrent of stains. the only carpet cleaning company I have dealt with that put off plastic corner guards so the hose would not rub the corners/moldings. I would hire again.

She was on time, friendly, thorough and quick. No hidden costs or up-selling. She removed stains that had been there so long I had forgotten there was clean carpet underneath. A dream experience!

They did fantastic work and delivered exactly what they promised. Spots that have been in the carpet for years are now completely gone. I can't say enough about how great the work was and the price was fantastic too. They even moved some fairly heavy furniture and cleaned some places that haven't been cleaned since we got the carpet installed! I was really impressed. After they came out, I called them personally to make sure they knew how blown away I was.

Brian showed up on time as usual and did the job well. This was a do-over from another vendor used by my insurance provider following a fire and their estimation was that the carpet was stained beyond saving. Brian changed that and it's again like new. Brian has worked at my rental property several times over the past four years and this is his forth trip to my home. I wouldn't bother using anyone else to clean my carpets. I have recommended Green Home to my insurance company as a top notch service provider.

Did an amazing job! I've had my carpets cleaned by a lot of different companies, and this was by far the best. I have 2 dogs and 2 teenagers, and the carpet looked like new!

Kim from Green Home did an excellent job cleaning all our carpet! We were sure that we were going to have to replace all this flooring but decided to give carpet cleaning one more try. And we are so glad we did. The carpet looks awesome! I was shocked that she was able to remove stains on our hallway and stairs. She was very thorough and meticulous and took a lot of time making sure the job was done right. She was also friendly and obviously loved her job and the company she works for. I will definitely use Green Home again and will highly recommend this company to others.

Overall the service was performed well. The individual Kim was very professional and courteous, Got a B on quality - one stain that we asked to be removed was still in. We treated ourselves and got it out

It went great! Kim did an amazing job getting several stains out of the carpeting and making each room look great with clean, fresh carpeting. The smell is fresh and clean without the perfume-type smells that just try to temporarliy cover other odors. She worked so very hard for several hours getting each room's carpet cleaned. She also recommended the cleaning for the tile in our entry way so I added that on to our request and we are very pleased with the results. She showed me the before and after pictures she took of the tile and it was amazing. We didn't even think of getting that done so I was really happy about her telling us about that and doing such a great job. The carpeting dried within the amount of time she told us it would. It's our second time using Green Home Cleaning and Restoration and we are very happy with the service -- for the second time. We won't hesistate to call them in the future and to recommend them to friends and family.

Kim was very professional, kind and helpful. She went the extra mile to get stains out and she even cleaned our kitchen tile. She worked very hard for several hours and the floors look and feel great!

The appointment was for 3:00 PM but they were running a little late and called to let me know. They were only about 15 minutes late which was no problem for me. They pretreated before cleaning every thing look great when they finished. Will use them again.

Awesome Job! the previous owners of our house had a dog that apparently was not house trained very well. Kim took her time and spent the majority of the day here making sure the job was done right. They even came back at no charge to attempt to clean a couple of stubborn stains that showed up when the carpet dried. I used to clean carpets professionally, so i know a thing or two on the subject. I would have no problems recommending Green Home cleaning to my friends. We will be having them back in the future when our carpets need cleaning.

Kim arrived at the time scheduled and proceeded to thoroughly clean our carpet and loveseat. She is a hard worker. We felt we certainly got our money's worth. Will use again.

Green Home gave superlative service. Kim was very professional and an incredibly hard worker. She didn't just go over each area once, she stayed on each area until she was completely satisfied that it was clean.

He arrived on time, moved all the larger furniture, cleaned all the carpets, extracted rinse water, and left it looking great. He also did the entrance mats at no extra charge and discounted the price from the original quote.

Kim, the service specialist who came to my home, did an exceptional job cleaning after I moved. Kim measured the square footage to give an accurate estimate. The carpet was extremely dirty after the move; in addition, there were numerous older pet stains. The carpets had been cleaned by a well-known competitor several weeks earlier while the home was on the market; Kim successfully cleaned all of the darkened traffic areas which the other company had said were impossible to remove. I would recommend this company highly, not only because of their use of green products, but because the carpet looked outstanding after cleaning. Kim spent roughly 7 hours cleaning the carpet, the most time their competition had spent in the home was two hours. The time spent and slightly higher cost were well worth it!

This is the second time we have used Green Home. Kim showed up on time, determined what needed to be done, and preformed her work in a very professional manner. She pointed out a spot that we had not noticed that had water damage, and told us how long to wait before replacing the furniture.

They arrived on time, and they spent the time it took to get things looking great. There were a few stains at the new house that would not come out of the white carpet. However, the stains were much less apparent than before the cleaning. The family room looked fresh and new and it was really nice!

It went very well. Our carpets were better looking than we expected. We were disaapointed that some of the stains did not come completely out or seemed to fade back but we would definitely use this company again. Everyone was very friendly and overall we were impressed with the results.

Arrived punctually, texted me before arrival, friendly service. Answered all questions. Gave me clear instructions for following cleaning. Good product. Removed stains that were not cleared up the last time I had professional services done.

Green Clean tackled some extremely dirty carpets in high-traffic areas and left them looking better than I ever hoped. My armchair left some weird gross black marks on the carpet that I scrubbed at with a Bissell home scrubber and made zero progress on; they got the marks out completely. The cleaning crew was professional, courteous and considerate. Very impressed and pleased with their service, would hire again.

They did the best job cleaning our carpets of any service we've ever used. The rooms smelled fresh and clean with no fake perfume or air freshener smells - just a real fresh clean smell. He took his time to do a very thorough job and it showed. I appreciated the kindness and consideration of Brian, who was the person who provided the service to us. He is very professional and knows what works to make the carpet look great. He got out stains that I didn't think would come out. I would highly recommend their service. Scheduling was easy and they were right on time and called ahead to confirm everything so I appreciate that too.
