The person was the owner who was very knowledgeable & did an excellent job.

They did a great job. That was Karen's account, and I did the ordering and stuff. They did well. We're very pleased. We purchased it, and we were told from Angie's List they're going to call us. We waited a week and they never called. Karen called the people on what happened. As soon as we got hold of them they jumped right on within a couple more days. That was okay. We weren't in a hurry. Responsiveness? We had a little bit of miscommunication, probably a B. They were very professional. Absolutely, I'll use them again.

Got the appointment I wanted and totally got the stain out!

I'm a new member to Angie's List and this was my first foray into relying SOLELY on the reviews here to select a service. Green Home Cleaning and Restoration had top ratings in the Grand Rapids, MI area so I contacted them to come and clean my house and my parents' house nearby. Brian (the owner) answered the phone and booked my appointment. He was also the one who came out and cleaned our carpeting. He was very punctual, professional and I must say, a very likeable guy! He cleaned our carpets almost to the second of his estimated time it would take. My wife and I and my parents were VERY satisfied with his work and I highly recommend them to do the same for you. Yes, next year I will be contacting Green Home Cleaning and Restoration to come out again for my annual carpet cleaning.

Very well. Kim called me to say she would be about 30 minutes late as her previous job ran a little long. Got right to work and did an excellent job cleaning some very grungy carpets .Very professional and efficient. Would definitely use Green Home again,

Brian was prompt, personable, and got to work right away! He had plenty of towels to protect the wood floors in the house from the vacuum hose and moisture from the cleaned carpet. He definitely knows his business and was able to suggest ways to help our carpet dry more quickly as well as how to repair some of the frayed edges where the carpet meets wood and tile. Our carpet looks great and I will feel so much better knowing my kids aren't rolling around in dirt, pet dander, and nasty carpet cleaning chemicals. Thanks for a job well done!

Brian arrived just when he said he would. He evaluated and measured the rooms that were being cleaned. Recommended using Angie's List coupon for the best price. I was and still am delighted with how the carpet came out. There were several stains that others had tried to remove but failed. I certainly will be calling again.

My husband spilled his full cup of coffee on my beige/white carpet. He tried to clean it with water. Not a good job. By the time I got home, the spill had set. i checked Angie's list for a recommended carpet cleaning and stain removal. An appointment was made and prompt arrival. Stain removed and area cleaned. i also received a follow up call the next day to make sure all was well. i will call them when I need carpets cleaned.

We own a few properties and have worked with a number of carpet cleaning service providers over the years, and in our opinion, Brian and Green Home Cleaning and Restoration run a first class carpet cleaning business! The carpets and area rugs they cleaned look wonderful, and we have not had any issues with stains re-surfacing after the clean. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and we're already scheduling another cleaning in August!

However, disappointed that the price dropped $30 right after I bought this deal on Angie's List.

To qualify this review, I rarely give reviews except for extremely poor or good service. This was great service. I should also say that I purchased their deal to clean my carpets here and have have less than a good history with deals, Groupon, etc. I have hired other professional companies to come in and clean my carpets and it seems their only concern was how quick they could get done, they ran their machines over the carpet, and that was it. Always felt like I was getting ripped off. From the beginning, Brian was very accommodating on finding a time that would work, not to mention a great attitude. They (Brian and Sam) showed up on time this morning ON TIME and were very pleasant to deal with and told them with 2 dogs and darn cat I was not expecting much and left for work. Well, I got home tonight and they blew away my expectations. Stains gone, carpet is clean, smelling fresh. You can hire anyone to clean to your carpet, but these guys do an amazing job. These guys do a great job and actually care. To me, GREAT customer service tied with a great job, is priceless. I will definitely hire them again, no matter the cost, they were that good.

Excellent job. Responded to my initial call quickly. The job took 6 hours and the technician worked conscientiously hard those 6 hours....not even a break. Very anxious to please and I was pleased. Cost was reasonable and competitive.

Brian was excellent. In the past when I've had carpet cleaned the people are in and out in no time and carpet left sopping wet. Brian took his time and even did a few extras without charging more than the Angie's List special. He treated my home as if he was cleaning his own family home.

One bedroom had water stains from an ice back up. I thought I would have to replace the carpet but it looks great. Kim was able to get it looking like new. I would highly recommend this company.
