Description of Work: Prompt service. They did a great job on the carpets except for a few pink looking spots that remained. They have offered multiple times to come back to work on them. I appreciate the good customer service.

Description of Work: Kim arrived on time, greeted me warmly and made good eye contact. She measured the space and got right down to business. She succeeded in removing several spots that I was not sure could be eliminated. I am very happy with this service and will use them again.

Instead the cost was related to the size of the areas to be cleaned as promised when I scheduled the appointment and my stairway cleaning was included in the original cost. She was a pleasure, made no attempts to sell additional services, and made the experience an easy one. She left additional protectors to place under the legs of furniture that I had moved.
