He arrived on time. He did everything we asked him to do and we were very pleased with the results.

Rooms were cleaned spotlessly and to my wife's satisfaction (very important). After cleaning, carpet protectors were installed under each chair. That was a really nice touch. Whole operation took just a tad over 2 hours. We are very pleased, and will use again. Recommend to anyone who wants a professional service.

I can't say enough about this company. They are prompt and extremely professional. I had to reschedule my second appointment due to a family emergency and they made it the next day! You get your estimate when they show up based on square footage of carpet to be cleaned. This includes anything they might need including stain removal and pet stain odor removal. The truck carries their own water so there is no in-home hookup. They thoroughly rinse all the cleaners out so the carpet dries soft and stays clean longer. It is dry to walk on within 4 hours and completely dry in about 8. They are absolutely the BEST carpet cleaners I have ever used, bar none.

We purchased a home that had not had filthy carpets. The previous owners had 4 kids and multiple pets. The carpet, particularly in the family room and the stairs, was so worn and dirty that we were planning to rip it out immediately. However, our previous home has not sold, so we decided to have the carpets cleaned in an attempt to delay the cost of replacing them. The stairs in particular were just awful. Brian came and spent the majority of a day at our home. He was kind and very courteous. He was professional in all senses of the word - bringing extra foot covers for us to have (I'd asked to be able to walk on the wet carpet), putting up corner guards so none of the tubing touched the walls/corners, protecting our wood flooring, etc. The carpets were dry late that evening; however, we were cautious and did not move in until 24 hours later to ensure everything was dry. The carpets looked amazing. Literally they changed color as the dirt was removed. We have two small children and it was such a relief to watch our 1-year-old crawl across the carpets and know they were clean. I knew they were filthy before, but I was shocked at how light tan the living room really was. I hands down recommend Green Home Cleaning. Incredibly great service, shows up on time, competitive pricing, and exceptional results. If you're unsure, try them in just one room of your house first. You'll be amazed.
