The tech was awesome gave all the answers I was look for without feeling so overwhelmed

Kaleb was very knowledgeable on all aspects of Heating, water heater and AC. plus UV light filter system. Kaleb's professionalism and interest in helping make decisions about service. repairs and new equipment sold me on his company. Grapids Heating & Cooling was prompt and attentive in setting up service. Everyone I spoke to had a great disposition. Great company.

Chris did a great job of explaining the best options for my house and took load readings to verify the proper size furnace and AC unit to efficiently maintain the temperature in my home. Before any work was started, I reached out to the office with questions, and Spike was kind enough to stop and answer all my questions, verify that my needs were being met, discuss the best location for my AC, and didnâ t leave until I was satisfied with the items that were listed on the estimate. The technicians (Tyler and Andrew) were very professional and thorough in their work, explanation of the equipment that was installed, and instructions of how to use it. They made sure I was comfortable with everything before packing up for the day. I was very impressed and will definitely recommend them to others.
