The technician, Justin, was extremely polite, thorough and knowledgeable. He gave me good suggestions and detailed quotes.

We've had three service techs come in over the last year and have been very pleased with all three. Their knowledge, communication skills and friendly demeanor were impressive. I highly recommend. Ps.... they were great with our energetic pup.

What started as a service call for my furnace that wouldn't start evolved into a full system replacement. Techs Paul & Dallen arrived within a few hours of my initial contact, and had restored heat within a couple more hours. Due to the age of my system and other developing problems they detected, they recommended meeting with their Home Comfort Advisor for an estimate. That appointment was made on the spot and Duncan came next day. If I have a word of caution, it would be that this IS a proficient salesman. He examined the system and home, discussed options and had me signed up and financed within 3 hours. The Grapids team arrived next morning to install furnace, AC and water heater. All was done in a day, and is working great so far. Other reviewers have called them "pushy;" I'd call them a local company doing their best to survive during trying times.

It went okay!

After receiving a comparable estimate we decided to go with Grapids. Tyler was awesome and made sure we were able to get financing. They were fast had the new furnace and hot water heater installed the next day! The installers were very friendly, courteous and helped explain the process as well as clean up! Would highly recommend.

Brett was the technician that came out to our condo and did a fall system check-up on our furnace, hot water heater and A/C systems. He was very thorough and pleasant, He gave us three different options for repairs on our hot water heater. Thank you Brett for the great service.

So thankful Grapids was able to get a technician out the next day to take a look at our a/c. Steve was courteous, professional and very thorough in explaining the issue and resolving it on the spot. Would highly recommend Grapids and will be contacting them again if we ever need service on our HVAC again!

Great service. They provided me with a full diagnosis before doing any work. Prices are a little high for some of the services.

Prompt, very efficient, The techs kept me informed all the way. The repair tech let me know the A/C was working but gave me the option for a new on based on age of the unit which I took. The salesman took the time gave me options and again let me decide what I wanted to do. The installation took longer than we anticipated but the work was done correctly and completely when he left.
