From the individual who did the initial evaluation of the twenty year old furnace/air unit to the Comfort Consultant (who explained/developed a Work Agreement which led to the purchase/installation of a new 96% high efficiency boiler and air conditioner unit. Installation crew was efficient and professional. From start to finish ALL Grapids employees demonstrated a high level of customer service.
