Luke and Ben were very good. They looked everything over and gave me a quality assessment of my furnace and water heater.

My technician Nate was great. There's certainly a culture of sales at Grapids, but I've found the technicians friendly and the pricing competitive, so I don't mind.

The people were very nice and honest

Showed up at the scheduled time. Crew was professional and courteous. Install was difficult due to the location of furnace but they didba great job. Respected our property and cleaned up after project was finished. Excellent company.

Luke and Austin did top notch work in explaining what I needed in a new furnace and air conditioner. Nicholas and Deâ Armond did great with the install and clean up. Thank you!

Seth was great! Reviewed his findings with our furnace inspection in terms we understood.

It is really to soon to rate the value for the money. Every one want people to rate there product or service as soon as as the customer receives it. A better rating would be if it were done after the product or service was used for 5 or 6 month. The installer did an excellence job and were very professional and were very knowledgeable..

Was flexible with our schedule, answered all questions and was informative.

Excellent service person. Iâ  m not know enough to assess her knowledge but she seemed to know what she was doing. Had to find her a stepladder as sheâ  s quite short.

Chayce and Cohen were over to fix a leak from the toilet. The first fix from last week did not work and it was still leaking. They were very professional, courteous, and walked me through the repair that they were working on. If I need to call you again, I would ask for them. Very nice young men.

great guys... down to earth, very transparent

The two service professionals that came to my house were both very professional and explained everything they were doing very well, and made sure all my questions were answered thoroughly. They explained all my options for my issue and gave a quote for each. They were also exactly on time which was greatly appreciated.

They were punctual, professional and communicated answering questions well. Double checked their work, as well as had a 3rd guy come and check things out. I highly recommend them.

We felt listened to and taken care of. They were knowledgeable, polite and shared all the options.

Workers were bery professional.

Always informative and friendly techs. This was just a maintenance visit.
