+ -1 moreA few hours to put it up, although they missed by a few feet where the wife wanted it exactly. Looks great, works great, very satisfied. Saleslady in store was excellent with her assistance.

+ -1 moreThey did it in a timely fashion and we were satisfied. They did have a little glitch, but it wasn't their fault. It was from wherever they get their goods from because when they shipped it to the installers it was actually damaged and we had to wait a little longer, but we weren't in a big hurry or anything. We had a good experience. The person that we talked to about the different kind of awnings that were available was really good at the office. She sets it all up for the installers and then they come on another day. In between that another fellow came to make sure that everything was going to be done right, so it was very professional. We would definitely recommend them.
Description of Work: Grand Rapids Awnings installed an awning across our large deck.
