+ -1 moreIt went very well. It only took about a week from the first phone call to set up an appointment and get the inspection completed. He was on time and prompt about getting started. It seemed to run a long time but we were very happy with how thorough Tom was. My husband even helped bring his ladder and stuff with him to help out. Tom was very appreciative of the help and did mind the hundred question we had for him. He is very knowledgeable and professional. If we were to move again, I would definitely hire Tom again to inspect the house.
Description of Work: Home inspection in the dwelling we were currently renting and trying to buy.
