Tough project - painting a set of stairs, spindles, woodwork, etc. Lots of taping and prep. Joe and his crew did an outstanding job from start to finish and we are very happy with the result!

Joe M the owner has been very responsive in regards to the project. Kyle the painter is excellent.

I hired 5 Star in March to stain my deck. It is now August and it still isn’t resolved. They came out the first time and put 1 coat on and then never returned to put the second coat on. They then returned later to spray on the second coat without informing me they were going to spray rather than brush it on and got overspray all over the deck spindles. They have been out to try and clean them but didn’t do a very good job. Currently trying to get them to come out again and clean the spindles. Salesman doesn’t promptly return emails and I haven’t heard from him in over 2 weeks.

They did an excellent job. They were very flexible and offered different options. They were very timely and professional. We would highly recommend them.

I had to have them come back a couple of times to finish everything to my liking, but they were able to get it done.

Project turned out great. Stain Deck and paint retaining wall and garage doors. Painter(s) showed up on time every day and not only the painter but also the owner showed up on site to walk through the project and answered all questions during and after the project. Best Check I have ever written.

The work was entirely satisfactory. In one place, the trim was difficult to reach because of a hill, and the chimney was also challenging to reach. The two men who painted were considerate and kind. I am recommending this company to all my neighbors and friends.
