+ -1 moreI don't call anybody else. He is very thorough and professional. He is honest. He can walk you through how to prepare a house. He is a contractor, so he has a wealth of knowledge. He is very personable and is a Christian man that walks the talk. He doesn't ever miss anything, he catches absolutely everything. He will stay for hours if he has to. He will always make sure that I understand what is going on so that I can convey to my clients in the best way possible. He also does an electronic report to the client and the agents with pictures and specifications. He is continually updating his education which is unheard of.
Description of Work: He completed a home inspection for me and does quite often.
