Egypt Creek Landscaping

See above ... landscaper was easy to work with, accommodating, and a true professional in his field. Cost estimate was quite fair, and in my opinion a value for what needed to be done. Would easily recommend Egypt Creek to my friends and neighbors.

The service was okay. We just had them do what we contracted for so the cost was what we paid through Egypt. Their service was good. I like that the man who comes out is really prompt and the staffs are nice.

Contracted for services on May 1, 2015 through Angie's Deals. Craig Wolff of Egypt Creek contacted me on May 6 and stated they were running behind because of all the rain but should be able to get to me later next week. I emailed Craig on May 11 wondering if they could give me an approximate date since I am not always at home. Craig emailed me back "I hope you don't feel you should put other things off to be there when we are. We will clean up your property, trim your shrubs, etc, and leave things looking nice and under control." I responded by apologizing for making a pest of myself, but explained that my "yard" consists of no lawn per se. That it is consists entirely of plants, bushes, trees, and ground cover. My point being that with the rain and warm weather, the removal of the fall/winter collection of leaves was being compromised by new growth of plants coming up. No response from Craig. Craig's two lawn techs showed up at 8:10 am. on May 13. Not sure what I expected, but their equipment consisted of a weed wacker, hedge trimmer, rakes, and industrial strength leaf blowers. They "trimmed the hedges", raked, blew the debris into piles and bagged it. I asked them to trim back the myrtle along the property line. Which they did including about 3 feet of the neighbor's yard cutting down a fair amount of their flowering ground cover. My first clue should have been when one of the techs asked me what kind of flower my tulips are. No care was taken to not trample the emerging plants and flowers In the process of raking and leaf blowing. Some of the areas of flowering plants will not recover until next year. Needless to say, I was not happy. The techs left at 9:34 am. I emailed Craig that I was not a happy camper. He responded almost immediately and we set up an app't for 3 that afternoon. Craig was not happy that his workers left early. Craig informed me that most customers consult with him first before they decide how much time they would need to get the job done. I had indicated in an email to him that my yard did not consist of grass and that this was a concern of mine. Can only assume it was not a concern of his or he did not read the email. He did say he would try and make it right by having one of his "weeders" come on Thursday the 22nd at around 3pm and make up the time. He made it a point to say he would be coming with her to give her directions regarding exactly what he wanted done. The person who was to do the weeding was here promptly at 3 PM on the 22nd. Craig failed to show up. The worker was unable to contact Craig. Since we were both unsure what was to be done where, the worker left. In the pm of the 27, I contacted Craig again. His response: " Suzette. Please have some patience." Rescheduled for the next morning. They showed up. She stayed and weeded and trimmed some bushes. She was thorough and thoughtful. End of 'service' preformed by Egypt Creek.

My wife and I used Egypt Creek Lawn the previous summer for mowing services while our mower was being repaired. We were so impressed by their professionalism that we contacted Craig again about tree services this spring. Craig gave us a very fair price for trimming a large tree and removing a dead tree in the backyard. His team performed the services as scheduled (within about 10 days of scheduling) and did an excellent job cleaning up the debris. They were able to remove a 16 inch maple that was very close to our deck without any damage to the deck, and replaced it with a small cherry tree that has already been blooming this spring. We are very happy with Egypt Creek's service, price and professionalism. Craig, the owner, is very nice and always picks up the phone when we call and responds to emails promptly . We would definitely recommend Egypt Creek to anyone looking for lawn or tree services.

It went great. They showed up promptly and did an awesome job removing everything that fall and winter left in our yard. We have a heavily wooded lot so there was a lot of work to do.

Summer of 2013 the guys came out and trimmed all of my shrubs and they did a great job. They were very pleasant and polite. I hope they will come out this spring to trim them up again. We all know what a winter we had here in Michigan and they made sure my driveway was always cleaned up by 7AM and did a great job. I will definitely use them next year.

Very professional, on time, friendly and from this Groupon we actually hired them for the entire year for yard work. Great local company. We will continue their services this year.

Great! So far, so good. They show up every week to do exactly what I hired them to do. No pressure to add more services than I wanted to commit to and honest advice on questions I had regarding the landscaping. Very responsive , knowledgable, and easy to work with! 3/4/2014- I just wanted to update my review since we have had this service for a year now. They did a great job with mowing and spring clean up. We had a little bump in the road with the fall clean up, but in their defense, they did their best to get out and get the leaves cleaned up...but Mother Nature decided to be uncooperative and freeze them to the ground. All in all, not a big deal and they can only do what they can do. This miserable winter has been made oh so much nicer because of their reliable plow service. I have not had to call once to remind them to plow or ask where they are. All in all, great service. I feel I got what I paid for. Anytime I have called over the past year they have either answered right away or called me back in a few minutes. Good service, responsive, and pleasant to work with.

This is my first winter in Michigan and I hired them to plow my driveway which is steep and long. I was told the previous owner could not find anyone to plow. They said they would have it plowed by 6:00 AM every morning we had 1 inch or more snow. This is important because my wife is a doctor. The only time they missed was 1/25/2014. We had a foot of snow over night. The city wasn't plowing the roads. They showed up around noon to plow and salt the driveway. I have already hired them for next year and plan to talk to them about lawn care if/when spring is here and the snow melts.

this was our first experience with Egypt Creek and it was very positive. at one point there was a small misunderstanding, I called and it was resolved professionally and quickly. they were polite and kind. they haveplowed our drive as promised,were here always checking to see if we needed plowing and kept the end of the drive after street plows went through. I would definitely recommend this company for great service and great customer service. lord knows we needed it this WINTER!

He is pleasant, helpful, and responds timely to questions and concerns. I am very satisfied with Eygpt Creek and have recommended this business's serviced to my friends and neighbors.

I've been using them since they started plowing in 2005. One time in all those years we had a small bit of confusion over their service and Craig did more that he had to in clarifying and rectifying the problem. A true mark of a good business is when they listen to customer concerns and make it right. I recommend them highly.

Two men from Egypt Creek came to my house and trimmed all my shrubs and pine tree. They did a great job and were very friendly and professional. I will surely call them next spring. GREAT JOB.

Egypt Creek did an excellent job of snow removal last winter. The only thing i was disappointed with and this is with EVERYsnow removal company is that they don't do the flare out at the end of the driveway. They will catch it if they come back after the plows. They are an excellent company and I have renewed them for this year.

Egypt Creek does a great job every week on lawn care and a fine job on winter plowing - I highly recommend them.

Best "big deal" ever! Prompt response to our contact with a knowledgable landscape pro to give advice and mark bushes to be removed. Put us in contact with a lawn sprinkler guy as well. When the work crew arrived, they went right to work and performed like superheroes. It was amazing what they got done, including two trailers of cuttings and trimmings to haul out. Then, they came back and cleaned up the entire site (including areas where they hadn't even worked!). Very impressive. No wonder they get such high marks here.

So far so good!! They come once a week for lawn care. They do a great job. I pay $69.00 monthly for both services. Last winter I wasn't here but neighbors have told me that they did a great job with snow removal. .

They were absolutely wonderful. They were very professional. The guys were nice and asked us what we wanted done. They had some extra time so they trimmed the trees in the back. I enjoyed working with them. They called to apologize because the weather was bad and they needed to reschedule when the weather was better. They said they would follow up. They called ahead to ensure it was okay to come do the work.
