Dynamic Garage Door

A spring broke on my garage door and my car was stuck inside. I called Dynamic Garage Door after hours and they picked up and right away and told me they could come out first thing in the morning. They removed the old extension springs and installed a new torsion spring system. I highly recommend and would hire Dynamic Garage Door again if needed!!!

Call Dynamic first! Garage door started getting stuck then wouldn't open at all. Tried to fix myself. Probably made it worse. Called them in afternoon and they arrived next day. Scott and Bob were friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't try to upsell on anything. Fixed door jam and came back next day with new opener which was installed in less than an hour. Highly recommended!

I needed somebody and they were the ones who called back the soonest. I didn’t do a whole lot of shopping around. I would use them again. Quick quality work and they guarantee their work for 6 months. I was not here; my wife was but she said they were great.

I really appreciated Dynamic Garage Doors ability to evaluate our garage door issues in the early evening. They were even early to the appointment. The price to replace the door opener, including labor, was more than fair. The work was completed the next day! I would recommend them to anyone.

The business owner came the next day, a Saturday, and was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, professional and I was able to pay with a credit card.

Because my garage is very old, two of my rafters had to be raised in order for the door to be at proper height. They arrived a bit early which was not a problem, actually kind of refreshing! The two guys worked together really well, and it seemed that one of them was in training, and the other was very respectful, and helpful when talking to him. There wasn't an attempt to "upsell" which I'm not sure how I feel about that, I may have paid more for a different door, probably not since I shouldn't spend more, but then again I'm not sure that I have the best quality door. Not that there is anything wrong with it, All in all they seemed to really know what they were doing, and it's what I asked for, and they got it done in good time, and left my garage floor cleaner than when they got here.

He came out the same day we called him and was very prompt. He was very courteous and friendly. His work was excellent.

Called Scott late in the evening on a weekday after looking up potential garage door service providers on Angie's List. Worked out a time for him to come out when he was in the area and when I would be home, which was 2 days later. Originally called due to a garage door opener not working properly, but also had him come to fix a noisy garage door. He showed up early in the appt window. First, he diagnosed issue with garage door opener. That will be repaired on another visit since the parts needed are not easy to obtain. He also serviced the garage door with lube, and a track alignment adjustment. The door sounds like a new door now!! Cost for the first service call was $55.00. Second service call cost to be determined later. Fantastic job, great rates and service. Would highly recommend...........

Spring broke on garage door last night. I called a couple other highly rated providers but they couldn't come out until tomorrow (wife wanted repair done TODAY!). Left phone message at 9 am, Scott replied just a few minutes later and quoted $145 for new spring & bent hinge replacement (other two quotes for just spring were $150 - $200; $120-$140). He was finishing up another job, called back 20 minutes later and said he would be over around 10 am. Scott & his assistant arrived at 10 am, replaced the spring and the bent hinge, and left at 10:15 am. Dynamic Garage Doors provided prompt response to my PH message and same day (hour!) repair. Scott & his assistant were courteous & professional. Although a small business, I would highly recommend them for broken garage door spring repair

The two man team arrived earlier than expected (15 minutes...not a problem). The project was completed in 15 minutes, very professionally done. Also a hinge was found in need of replacing, and was taken care of. I've already recommended this company to several of my friends. If you're looking for a reasonable garage door spring replacement; don't hesitate to call Dynamic Garage Doors.

I spent a lot of time online researching prices, called quite a few different vendors, and Dynamic was the most responsive. They were prompt in returning calls, quick to schedule a service appointment based on my schedule, and provided very fair pricing. In fact, their pricing wasn't that much higher than the cost just for parts that I found online. So, being able to hire a professional with a lot of experience for a very fair price is awesome. I would happily suggest them to anyone looking for someone to replace or repair a garage door.

I called them Friday January 2 and scheduled a next day appointment. In spite of this being a holiday weekend, they cheerfully came out on a Saturday. They arrived one hour ahead of schedule and quickly completed the job in a professional manner.

Scott and his partner arrived a half hr early. They were quick, They had the garage door opener installed in an hr. And they programmed all the remotes. Went over the directions of the door opener. And cleaned up after themselves. Very Professional. Would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work.

When we had to move my mom out of her house and sell it with short notice, I had a long list of items deemed necessary to fix before the sale. I live out of state and was scrambling to find people to do the work before I had to go back home. I called several garage door companies on a Monday morning. All of them were booked until later in the week, but Scott and his assistant came out within 30 minutes of my call and looked at the door. I was so happy because initially they decided it could be saved just with a new torsion bar and a strut on the dented part of the garage door, and scheduled the work for the next day. When I couldn't close the door a few hours later, they came back to help me get it shut, again in just 30 minutes. But then we all realized that the door couldn't be saved after all. Disappointing but at least I know that he tries to work with what you have to save you money! In the end, he charged me an EXTREMELY fair price for a whole new door and opener, and still had it done in about 90 minutes the next day. I appreciated their kindness and Scott's no nonsense personality, what a refreshing experience!

I called and within a few hours they came over and fixed my garage door. They arrived when they told me they would. They were very polite and professional. I really like the fact that it took less than an hour but I still felt like they took their time making sure it wasn't going to have anymore problems. I also got a 30 day warranty. The gentlemen in charge was honest with me that my opener was old but working fine. He didn't try to get me to replace it just because it was old. I originally called one of the "big" companies that installed it, but they were twice the price and couldn't get here until the end of the week. I am very happy that I called Dynamic Garage Door even though they didn't have any reviews on Angie's List!
