 + -1 moreUnlike the other report, our experience was positive. The project came in at estimate. We have had no problems with the work. The plumber was a little late in arriving. I should note that we used Dutch Boy before (years ago) when our sons were home and had a true plumbing emergency. Dutch Boy arrived immediately and solved the problem.
Description of Work: Replaced broken outdoor faucet.

 + -1 moreService was very prompt and representative was courteous. Price seemed high at the time. $65 trip charge + $80/hr. Plumber charged $4 for flange and $2.50 for wax rings. Total bill was $156.00. Three months later the same type of leak occured. I called a different plumber (more local) instead of calling back Dutch Boy and I was very glad I did call this new plumber. Dutch Boy had improperly installed the flange and used an inferior caulking material for the flange. New plumber charged @75 trip charge which included first 1/2 hr. Charged $4 for flange and $1 for wax rings. Total bill of $81.00.
Description of Work: Repair leaky toilet. Plumber removed toilet - he determined that a toilet bolt was not installed properly resulting in a cracked flange and this was why toilet was leaking waste. Plumber replaced bolt, added new wax ring and flange.
