+ 0 moreIt was an excellent experience. Jeff (the owner) came to our house on short notice - the same day I called! We had just taken possession of our new house and needed the carpets cleaned before all the furniture was moved in the next day. Jeff was awesome and made sure everything was done and DRY within our tight timeline. He even removed some old paint that was spilled on the carpet in one of the bedrooms! We will be calling Dry Solutions next time we need carpet or upholstery cleaned!
Description of Work: Cleaned the carpets throughout my whole house. 3 bedrooms, Living room, Family room, Office and 2 sets of stairs. Scotch Guard treatment to the Living room carpet.

+ -1 moreJeff returned my call promptly and scheduled me very quickly. He arrived on time and was very pleasant to work with. I had only scheduled the family room, but when I said I would have him back to do the others, he said it was no problem to do them the same day. He moved furniture and used an amazing technique to clean them. A truly "dry solution'. The carpet in the family room had not been cleaned in 26 years because I didn't want steam cleaning on carpeting in the basement. I was afraid it would never dry or would develope mold. This technique got it very clean without the wetness of steam cleaning. The carpeting looked like new. We were very satisfied and will definately use Dry Solutions again.
Description of Work: He cleaned our basement family room carpeting and our living room and dining room carpeting.

+ -1 moreJeff returns my calls within a day, shows up when he says he will. I vacuum really well before he comes, and then his huge brushes and solution do their magic. He takes about 3 hours - all those stairs really take time, but he's fast. Not too smelly, either. Once Jeff had to cancel due to a family emergency, but he let me know and rescheduled promptly and gave me a discount to apologize for the inconvenience.
Description of Work: We have a three-level townhouse with cream carpet everywhere except the kitchen and bathrooms, some of which was stained when we moved in 5 years ago. The stairs in particular get gray. We also have 2 dogs that we walk twice a day, bringing in a ton of dirt, and 2 cats. Jeff has worked miracles every time he comes - which is at least once a year. I pay extra to have the Scotchgard stuff applied after he cleans, and it's been totally worth it. And his advice on handling pet stains - we got a puppy last year - has also helped us get through the housebreaking phase. I have recommended Jeff to my friends and co-workers, and they think he's great, too. I vacuum really well before he comes, and then his huge brushes and solution do their magic. Not too smelly, either.

+ -1 moreJeff gave me a very fair estimate probably too low and was able to come out within a week to do the job. He uses a different technique than the major carpet cleaners and it is MUCH better. My carpets have never looked so clean. He even was able to get out some stains we had given up on ever coming out. Jeff is considerate of your home, does excellent work and moves quickly but makes sure it is done right. I would never call anyone else after seeing how much of a difference it makes to have my carpets cleaned this way. Plus they were dry within an hour.
Description of Work: Needed carpet cleaned in every room in my house. WIth 2 kids, a dog and 2 cats plus cream colored carpet we usually clean them at least once a year if not twice. We have always used the "big name carpet cleaners" until we met Jeff and thought we would see how his process works.
