+ -1 moreIT TOOK DELL TWO YEARS TO PROCESS MY COMPLAINT AND MAKE AN ATTEMPT TO COMPLETE IT. THEY EVENTUALLY DID FIX IT, BUT I WAS EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED. THEY ARE NOT RECOMMENDED FOR FUTURE WORK.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED A DELL MOTHER BOARD AFTER TWO YEARS OF DYSFUNCTIONAL USE.

+ -1 moreTHE MAN WHO WORKED ON THE COMPUTER WAS VERY NICE AND SEEMED VERY PROFESSIONAL. I DON'T KNOW IF I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN BECAUSE MY SON DOES MY COMPUTER WORK NOW. IF HE COULDN'T, THOUGH, I WOULD CALL THIS COMPANY.
Description of Work: THEY HAD TO GET RID OF A VIRUS AND CLEAN THE HARD DRIVE.

+ -1 moreTHE 1 800 NUMBER WAS VERY MISERABLE. THEY CAME LATE TO FIX MY COMPUTER. THEY WERE VERY HARD TO GET A HOLD OF. I WOULD RECOMMEND A ANOTHER BRAND OF COMPUTER. I WAS VERY UNHAPPY WITH MY SERVICE. I WILL BE LOOKING INTO GETTING ANOTHER COMPUTER.

+ -1 moreTHE THING I LIKE ABOUT THE COMPANY IT DID NOT TAKE THEM A LONG TIME TO FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE COMPUTER. THEY WERE FINISHED WITH IT IN THIRTY MINUTES. MY COMPUTER IS WORKING FINE NOW.
